金槍魚土司 TUNA TOAST
[材料]
厚片全麥土司1片、金槍魚罐頭1罐、洋蔥半個(gè)、蛋黃醬4大匙、黑胡椒1大匙、鹽1大匙
[做法]
1.打開金槍魚罐頭,倒去浮油、弄碎;洋蔥切碎末伴入1大匙鹽,腌10分鐘后擠干水分,拌人金槍魚內(nèi),加入蛋黃醬和黑胡椒調(diào)勻。
2.厚片土司先烤5分鐘,然后取出,鋪上金槍魚醬后抹平,加入烤箱再烤3分鐘。
3.將烤好的土司斜角對(duì)切兩半,成兩片三角形。

METHODS
1. Pour away the oil of the canned tuna and mince, chop the onion and add 1T. salt, squeeze the water after marinated for 10 minutes, mix with the tuna, mayonnaise and black pepper.
2. Toast the thick toast for 5 minutes, spread the tuna mixture onto it and put into the oven for another 3 minutes.
4. cut the toast into halves as triangle shape.
綜合果汁 ASSORTED FRESH JUICE
[材料]
蘋果2個(gè)、胡蘿卜1小條、鮮橙2個(gè)、芹菜1棵
[做法]
1.將所有材料先洗凈,再切小段或小片,放入榨汁機(jī)中榨出果汁。
2.盛人杯內(nèi)即可飲用。

2 apples, 1 small carrot, 2 oranges, 1 stalk Chinese celery
METHODS
1. Rinse all the ingredients, cut into small pieces, and add into the blender.
2. Liquidize and serve.
