詢問與申請
為了要了解某事、或請求對方辦事某事、或申請參加學(xué)會、報名入學(xué)等，都可寫信給有關(guān)方面詢問。這類信要寫明自己的意圖以及要求對方辦的事，也可向?qū)Ψ剿魅∮嘘P(guān)資料。
申請信的篇幅不宜過長，除語氣誠懇，言簡意賅外，還應(yīng)注意以下幾點：
（1）說明申請理由。如見廣告應(yīng)征，熟人介紹、專業(yè)對口等。
（2）概括本人經(jīng)歷和特長，表明能勝任此項工作。
（3）希望對方積極考慮，盡早答復(fù)。
（4）如申請的目的是學(xué)習(xí)、攻讀學(xué)位，應(yīng)說明資助情況。
（5）要認真簽名（中、英文均可）。
1. 索取入學(xué)資料 Requesting entrance information
