One day he caught a beautiful fish and was surprised to （對(duì)……感到驚奇）hear it speaking. “Please let me go, Old Fisherman,” said the fish. “If you let me go, I'll give you anything that you want.”He took the fish back into the water, for（后面的部分表示原因） he was a kind-hearted man.
很久很久以前，一個(gè)老漁夫和他的妻子住在海邊的破船里。一天，他捉到了一條漂亮的魚，然而令他驚奇的是這條魚居然會(huì)講話！“求你放我走吧，漁夫伯伯。”這條魚說(shuō)。“如果你放了我，我會(huì)給你任何你想要的東西。”他的心腸太好了，就把那條魚放回了水中。
「串講」
對(duì)于一個(gè)像漁夫這樣的人，我們可以用這個(gè)詞kind-hearted, adj.來(lái)形容他，意思是： having or showing a kind nature 仁慈的，好心的。
你身邊有沒(méi)有這樣的朋友或同事呢？那么，在適當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)候，不妨告訴他：You're really a kind-hearted person. 表明你對(duì)他的欣賞哦。（And I bet you will get a big smile in return.）

你注意到了嗎，當(dāng)漁夫在表達(dá)愿望時(shí)，用的是這樣一個(gè)句子：
