作物遺傳與種質(zhì)創(chuàng)新國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室(State Key Laboratory of Crop Genetics and Gemplasm Enhancement,SKLCGGE)是以 “作物遺傳與特異種質(zhì)創(chuàng)新教育部重點(diǎn)開(kāi)放實(shí)驗(yàn)室”、“國(guó)家大豆改良中心”,作物遺傳育種、蔬菜學(xué)、農(nóng)業(yè)資源與環(huán)境等國(guó)家重點(diǎn)學(xué)科為基礎(chǔ),依托南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)組建的。實(shí)驗(yàn)室于2001年9月通過(guò)專(zhuān)家論證,同年10月經(jīng)科技部批準(zhǔn)建設(shè),2003年8月通過(guò)科技部組織的專(zhuān)家驗(yàn)收。作物遺傳與種質(zhì)創(chuàng)新國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室正式成立。
作物遺傳與種質(zhì)創(chuàng)新國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室實(shí)驗(yàn)室本著“開(kāi)放、流動(dòng)、聯(lián)合、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)”的原則,以水稻、小麥、棉花、大豆、蔬菜、果樹(shù)等作物為主要研究對(duì)象,開(kāi)展“種質(zhì)資源的遺傳基礎(chǔ)與種質(zhì)創(chuàng)新、育種目標(biāo)性狀的遺傳與基因組分析、作物遺傳育種新理論、新方法和新品種選育”3個(gè)方向研究,結(jié)合實(shí)驗(yàn)室的研究特點(diǎn)和基礎(chǔ),瞄準(zhǔn)學(xué)科前沿,在作物遺傳與種質(zhì)創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)域開(kāi)展卓有成效的科學(xué)研究。
根據(jù)科技部《國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室建設(shè)與運(yùn)行管理辦法》和教育部《關(guān)于開(kāi)展高校國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子換屆工作的通知》的有關(guān)規(guī)定,作物遺傳與種質(zhì)創(chuàng)新國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任將于近期換屆,現(xiàn)向國(guó)內(nèi)外公開(kāi)招聘實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任,具體事項(xiàng)如下:
一、崗位職責(zé)
1.面向國(guó)家發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略需求,組織制訂聘期內(nèi)的實(shí)驗(yàn)室發(fā)展規(guī)劃并全面負(fù)責(zé)建設(shè)和組織實(shí)施;
2.吸引和引進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)外杰出人才,培養(yǎng)中青年學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人和優(yōu)秀學(xué)術(shù)骨干,建設(shè)一支在國(guó)內(nèi)外有較大影響力的高水平研究隊(duì)伍;
3.組織各研究團(tuán)隊(duì)積極承擔(dān)國(guó)家(含國(guó)際合作)重大、重點(diǎn)科技項(xiàng)目,取得一批具有國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平的標(biāo)志性科技成果;
4.促進(jìn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室各研究領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展和多學(xué)科的交叉融合,加強(qiáng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的對(duì)外學(xué)術(shù)交流,提升實(shí)驗(yàn)室在國(guó)內(nèi)外的知名度;
5.建立科學(xué)有效的實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理模式,認(rèn)真履行管理職責(zé),保障實(shí)驗(yàn)室的運(yùn)行。

Position: Director of the State Key Laboratory of Crop Genetics and Germplasm Enhancement,
Nanjing Agricultural University
The State Key Laboratory of Crop Genetics and Germplasm Enhancement (SKLCGGE) was
established in 2003 at Nanjing Agricultural University. It is developed from the Key Open Laboratory of Crop Genetics and Germplasm Enhancement jointly operated by Nanjing Agricultural University and the Ministry of Education and the National Center for Soybean Improvement. It incorporates such State Key disciplines as crop genetics and breeding, vegetable science, and agricultural resources and environment. The Laboratory officially was opened in 2003, after accredited by an expert panel in September 2001, approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) in the following month, and passed the inspection and evaluation by MOST expert panel in August 2003.
The State Key Laboratory of Crop Genetics and Germ-plasm Enhancement acts in line with the principles of “Openness, Fluidity, Collaboration, and Competition”. With rice, wheat, cotton, soybean, vegetables and fruit trees as research subjects, investigators at the Laboratory conduct frontier research along the following lines: Creation and Genetic Basis of Germ-plasm Resources, Breeding Objective Genes and Genome Analysis, and New Crop Breeding Theories, Methods and Selection Methods.
I. Job Responsibilities
1. To formulate the development plan of the Laboratory geared to national strategic demands, and oversee its implementation.
2. To recruit and retain outstanding talents including team leaders, and oversee the professional development of early and middle-career researchers.
3. To coordinate all research teams to apply for and undertake major national and international research projects, and produce world-class scientific achievements.
4. To promote interdisciplinary interaction as well as all-round development of all the Laboratory’s research domains, strengthen academic exchanges, and enhance its national and international profile.
5. To set up effective management practices, and ensure smooth operation of the Laboratory.
II. Requirements
1. Have a passion for China, integrity as a person and a scholar, teamwork spirit.
2. Have a PhD degree and a professor or equivalent professional title; in good health, and under 55 (Flexibility applies for exceptionally - outstanding person candidates).
3. Have a high level of academic profile, home and abroad, in related research fields of the Laboratory, and strategic vision and innovative thinking with regard to the construction of related disciplines.
4. Have a strong management ability, as well as a capacity of harnessing the development directions of the Laboratory geared to national strategic demands and disciplinary development.
5. Be able to work full time during employment.
