詞語
1.This is……我是……。在電話中說明“我是誰”時，是用“This is……”，而不是“I am”。
2.I'd like to……等于“I would like to……”——“我想……”。“would like”為“want”的客氣用法。
3.speak with …… 找……聽電話;與……講話
4.in 在(家、辦公室)中。此處的“in”不是介系詞，而是副詞。
5.right now 現(xiàn)在。“right”為副詞，意思是“正是”，為強調(diào)的用法。
6.take a message (幫人)留話。“take”是“記下;記錄”，“message”是“口信;傳話”。
