    淺析:
    一道老題的改寫.
    如我在之前的貼里說的, 今年上半年教育類題目過少, 下半年會有補償. 教育類題目比較繁雜多變, 大家復(fù)習(xí)要正確把題目的觀點都搞懂.
    Central to the development of formal education is the design of curricula used in educational institutions at various levels. This job has long been at the discretion of the government, but a recent view is that teachers should take the helm. I agree partially on this alteration.
    The curriculum is a general framework for teaching, but as teaching occurs in varying contexts, flexibility should be granted to teachers. There are some examples to illustrate this. Children have their own characteristics, so it is impractical to identify a one-fits-all teaching method. Interaction is promoted by national curriculum (possibly as a universal practice) in language learning, but there are children who are not comfortable with interaction. They might suffer autism or speak a different language so they cannot adapt to the class. Teachers should adjust their teaching as contexts vary, rather than being restricted by an unbending curriculum.
    While stressing that teachers can improvise from time to time, I do not attempt to deny the authority of the government and its role in course content development. Uniform teaching objectives should be established to ensure that students and teachers across the country have a clear picture of what outcomes they are expected to achieve. Otherwise, students’ competence and knowledge can vary considerably because of the differences between teachers in terms of teaching methods and course materials. Meanwhile, the government, with advice from employers, determines the subjects students should study before they can take the career they desire.
    Taking these facts into account, I conclude that the government should set the fundamentals of the curriculum (including subjects and course contents) but teachers should be given freedom to employ different teaching methods. While a well-established curriculum gives clarity and bridges the gap between schools and employers, adaptability of teaching skills adopted by teachers can help attain teaching objectives more effectively.
