Don’t believe that you can always “catch some sleep or rest later.” Your body cannot make up for lost sleep or rest time because it is not physiologically possible.
不要相信你總能“在以后能補(bǔ)上睡眠和休息”, 你的身體不能對(duì)失去的睡眠和休息有所補(bǔ)償,因?yàn)閺纳韺W(xué)角度來講這是不可能的。
Do keep your blood sugar steady by eating small, frequent meals instead of a few large ones. Eat complex carbohydrates like cereals, rice, bread and potatoes. These are broken down slowly by the body, releasing sugar over a long period of time.
不要暴飲暴食,要少吃多餐,務(wù)必使你的血糖保持穩(wěn)定。吃一些諸如谷物、稻米、面包、土豆等碳水化合物。它們在體內(nèi)緩慢分解,長時(shí)間地釋放糖分。
Resolve to make Saturdays and Sundays strictly for family time.
周末留給人家,堅(jiān)決把周末留給家人。
Mondays until Fridays you make an excuse not to relax and spend time with your family because it’s work time. Why not make a similar excuse for Saturdays and Sundays? “I can’t work today because I’m spending time with my family.”
周一和周五你可以有理由不休息不陪家人,因?yàn)槭枪ぷ鲿r(shí)間,為什么不為周末找一個(gè)同樣的理由呢?“我今天不能工作因?yàn)槲乙c家人分享周末?!?BR> Do give yourself a break. Every morning make a list of the things you would like to get done during the day, then cut off the bottom half of the list. You’ll get those things done tomorrow, next week of even month. Feel relaxed about organising yourself.

Don’t choose this time to make a big change to your living environment. Postpone shifting house or renovating until you’re feeling better.

Don’t say yes to every request for your time and energy. Learn to say no when it’s necessary.
