Application Guide for Special Auditing Students
(Undergraduate and Graduate Levels)
特殊旁聽生申請(qǐng)指南(本科和研究生階段)
1. Outline
(1) Special Auditing students are accepted in the beginning of each semester (in April or October).
(2) Study period at Mie University is one or two semesters.
(3) Accepted students will be exempt from the examination and entrance fee and tuition.
* For the students mentioned in “Memorandum for joint education program of Japanese language between Mie University and Tianjin Normal University”, their annual tuition is otherwise specified.
(4) Applicants' universities must submit application documents to the International Student Office in Mie University.
(5) Special Auditing students must take at least 7 classes in a week. Talk with your advisor about the schedule.
(6) Special Auditing students must submit their reports to the International Student Office of Mie University by their study completion date.

(1)三重大學(xué)在每學(xué)期(四月或十月)開始的時(shí)候接受特殊旁聽生。
(2)學(xué)習(xí)期限為一個(gè)或兩個(gè)學(xué)期。
(3)被錄取的學(xué)生將免除考試費(fèi)、入學(xué)費(fèi)和學(xué)費(fèi)。

(4)必須由申請(qǐng)人所在的大學(xué)將申請(qǐng)文件提交到三重大學(xué)國際學(xué)生辦公室。
(5)特殊旁聽生一周至少上7節(jié)課。課程表詳情咨詢學(xué)術(shù)顧問。
(6)特殊旁聽生必須在完成學(xué)習(xí)的日期之前將報(bào)告提交給三重大學(xué)國際學(xué)生辦公室。
2. Qualifications to Apply
?The applicant must be the undergraduate or graduate student who are enrolled in a university with a student exchange agreement with Mie University.
?The applicant must have the purpose of auditing specific subjects.
?The applicant must have basic knowledge of either or both Japanese and English. (The lectures are usually given in Japanese, and some of them are in English. To understand the lectures, applicants are required to have enough knowledge of Japanese. If the applicants are unable to understand Japanese, the lectures they can take will be limited.)
2.申請(qǐng)資格
(1)申請(qǐng)人必須為本科生或研究生，所注冊(cè)大學(xué)必須與三重大學(xué)有學(xué)生交換協(xié)議。
(2)申請(qǐng)人的學(xué)習(xí)目的必須是旁聽特定科目。
(3)申請(qǐng)人必須具備基本的日語或(和)英語知識(shí)。(講座一般都是用日語講授，有些是用英語。為了能夠理解這些講座，申請(qǐng)人需要具備足夠的日語知識(shí)。如果申請(qǐng)人聽不懂日語，所能學(xué)習(xí)的課程將收到限制。)

Admission for October 2017 February 1st– March 25th, 2017
3.申請(qǐng)時(shí)間
2017年4月入學(xué)的申請(qǐng)時(shí)間為2016年9月1日至10月25日;
2017年10月入學(xué)的申請(qǐng)時(shí)間為2017年2月1日至3月25日。

Applications should be written in either Japanese or English, and if not, it should be accompanied by Japanese or English translation.

申請(qǐng)需要用日語或英語填寫，否則，需要伴有日語或英語翻譯。

(b)申請(qǐng)資格證書;

(d)如果選擇入學(xué)人文學(xué)院、法學(xué)院、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院或人文與社會(huì)科學(xué)研究生院，需要提交相關(guān)學(xué)院的調(diào)查問卷;
(e)如果選擇入學(xué)工程學(xué)院或工程研究生院，需要提交工程學(xué)院或工程研究生院的調(diào)查問卷。

(3) In order to apply for Mie University International Scholarship, submit the following form.

*Only one person for each university can apply for this scholarship. Please talk with the person in charge of exchange program in your university if you wish to apply.

(Graduate Level)
特殊研究型學(xué)生申請(qǐng)指南(研究生階段)
1. Outline

(5) Special Research students cannot take classes in Mie University officially except Japanese classes in CIER.
(6) Special Research students must do research at least 10 hours in a week.
(7) Special Research students must submit their reports to the International Student Office of Mie University by their study completion date.
