The scholarship is named after Professor Frank Wallace, a pioneer in diesel engine turbocharging research, and awarded on behalf of his family.

獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金決定將在2017年7月5日星期三格林尼治時(shí)間下午18點(diǎn)做出(加一個(gè)小時(shí))。
