論娛樂(lè)
It is impossible for us to keep fit unless we often take part in activities of recreation. One cannot work well if he can not make an active recreation.
如果我們不參加各種娛樂(lè)活動(dòng)的話，要保持身體健康是不可能的。一個(gè)不會(huì)娛樂(lè)的人必定不會(huì)很好地工作的。
There are various kinds of games in our daily life after study. Many people like working andworking, because in their mind working is the most important thing. But we usually sit too longin our classroom, and our eyes and brain will be easy to get tired even when listening to music,watching TV or going to the cinema. So I think we had better have more outdoor activities tosupply our muscles with exercise. For example, it is a good idea to play basketball, football,table tennis, go swimming and do some running, even go for a picnic.
工作之余，我們可以參加各種各樣的活動(dòng)。許多人喜歡學(xué)習(xí)學(xué)習(xí)再學(xué)習(xí)，因?yàn)樗麄冋J(rèn)為學(xué)習(xí)是最重要的事。但是這樣的話，我們就在教室里坐得時(shí)間過(guò)久，我們的眼睛和大腦都很容易疲勞，即使聽(tīng)音樂(lè)，看電視或者看電影。因此我認(rèn)為我們最好多參加戶外活動(dòng)，以使我們的肌肉得到鍛煉。比如說(shuō)，打籃球、踢足球、打乒乓球、游泳、跑步等等都不失為好主意，甚至去野餐也可以呀。
Our brain also needs changes to make it smart and active. Please bear the old saying in mind, "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy." Only by taking entertainment, can one have awonderful life.
我們的大腦需要經(jīng)常調(diào)劑才能保持靈敏、活躍。請(qǐng)牢牢記住那句古老的諺語(yǔ)“只學(xué)習(xí)不玩樂(lè)聰明的孩子也變傻”。只有適度娛樂(lè)，一個(gè)人才能有很棒的生活。
