以2分之差與本科失之交臂之后，我來到了遼寧財政高等?？茖W校，我沒有抱怨，沒有氣餒，為了破解當時大專生普遍存在的自卑心理和就業(yè)難題，我創(chuàng)建了創(chuàng)業(yè)者協(xié)會，提出了“創(chuàng)業(yè)就是就業(yè)，而且是更高起點的就業(yè)”口號，用創(chuàng)業(yè)者的標準來嚴格要求自己和所有會員，通過有效的策劃和組織，帶領會員進行各種創(chuàng)業(yè)嘗試，最終實現(xiàn)了兩個目標：一是協(xié)會所有的運營資金都來自于協(xié)會各種實踐活動的收入，沒有向會員收取任何會費;二是絕大部分會員經過協(xié)會的鍛煉后，重拾了自信，在日后的求職和職業(yè)發(fā)展過程中，都表現(xiàn)出了比非會員更強的優(yōu)勢。據(jù)我最近對母校的了解，目前這個協(xié)會仍然在運作，依然是學校中最務實、最具影響力的協(xié)會。
20__年7月畢業(yè)后，我選擇了一家小型外貿公司。基于兩個原因：一是中國剛剛加入wto，外貿必然有大發(fā)展;二是小公司里可以接觸到外貿全過程，能迅速提高自身的業(yè)務素質。從對外貿一無所知到精通各個操作環(huán)節(jié)，我付出了巨大努力，白天上班請教，晚上自學研究。在完成工作目標的同時，有意識的對業(yè)務流程、單證進行規(guī)范，自編了外貿制單系統(tǒng)，使制單效率提高了75%，同時保證了單據(jù)的準確性。在過去的六年中，先后協(xié)助公司建立國際業(yè)務部與國際市場開發(fā)部并擔任主管，建立健全部門規(guī)章制度。我負責的國際市場開發(fā)部在過去的3年中創(chuàng)造了近億元的銷售業(yè)績，為公司創(chuàng)造利潤20__多萬元。目前我所服務的公司已經成為當?shù)厮a龍頭企業(yè)，員工近千人，年產值超過億元大關。
