1.通過(guò)協(xié)調(diào)能力解決工程管理難題：
①單位內(nèi)部的協(xié)調(diào)。掌握公司內(nèi)部關(guān)聯(lián)部門(mén)的工作流程，通過(guò)與規(guī)劃技術(shù)部，工程經(jīng)營(yíng)部，土地部等相關(guān)部門(mén)的協(xié)調(diào)，從而保證了從技術(shù)可行性到造價(jià)合理性及施工場(chǎng)地允許性等一系列問(wèn)題的解決。
②其他相關(guān)單位的協(xié)調(diào)。因工程施工過(guò)程的特性，依據(jù)政府三號(hào)文件精神，需經(jīng)常與審計(jì)、財(cái)政、規(guī)建處、建設(shè)局等相關(guān)部門(mén)溝通、協(xié)調(diào)，和各相關(guān)單位的溝通使得更好的服務(wù)于工程建設(shè)，有效的保證工程施工過(guò)程造價(jià)增加的合法性及以后的決算的依據(jù)性。
③施工單位協(xié)調(diào)：參與工程建設(shè)的單位有地質(zhì)勘察單位、設(shè)計(jì)單位、監(jiān)理單位、總包單位、甲方分包單位、甲供材料供應(yīng)單位、試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)單位等好幾十家，涉及的合同也好幾十份，處理好甲方分包、甲供材料供應(yīng)單位與總包單位的關(guān)系。同時(shí)還要處理好與施工單位的關(guān)系，除了監(jiān)管與被監(jiān)管的關(guān)系外，還有協(xié)作、配合的關(guān)系，可概括為監(jiān)、幫、促的關(guān)系。甲方代表除了依照工程合同、圖紙、規(guī)范對(duì)施工活動(dòng)認(rèn)真嚴(yán)格監(jiān)督管理之外，對(duì)其施工中的實(shí)際困難應(yīng)盡其所能給予幫助解決;對(duì)施工技術(shù)上的問(wèn)題要當(dāng)好參謀，對(duì)于施工單位的合法利益應(yīng)給予保護(hù)。
2.通過(guò)有效管理，推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目又好、又快開(kāi)展
①加強(qiáng)對(duì)監(jiān)理單位管理。 工程施工過(guò)程中應(yīng)以監(jiān)理單位的管理為主，要求監(jiān)理單位應(yīng)熟悉圖紙及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況，并為工程的質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度、投資控制負(fù)責(zé)。同時(shí)嚴(yán)格要求總監(jiān)，要求總監(jiān)按照監(jiān)理合同、監(jiān)理規(guī)劃和實(shí)施細(xì)則執(zhí)行，配齊相關(guān)人員，組織好監(jiān)理例會(huì)的召開(kāi)。
②加強(qiáng)施工單位管理。

第三、我有豐富的工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉行業(yè)法規(guī)，能游刃有余的開(kāi)展工作。

二、加強(qiáng)合同管理和過(guò)程控制。在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的全過(guò)程中，嚴(yán)格以施工合同為依據(jù)，對(duì)項(xiàng)目的造價(jià)、進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量進(jìn)行全面控制。具體，在施工階段，及時(shí)對(duì)已完工程的工程量進(jìn)行審核，按合同簽付工程進(jìn)度款;加強(qiáng)工程簽證的管理，減少合同外支出;加強(qiáng)竣工結(jié)算的審核工作，控制工程造價(jià)。按照經(jīng)審核批準(zhǔn)的施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃，對(duì)施工進(jìn)度進(jìn)行監(jiān)督和檢查，及時(shí)采取措施糾正進(jìn)度偏差，保證工程進(jìn)度。抽查工序施工質(zhì)量，參與隱蔽工程驗(yàn)收和分部分項(xiàng)工程驗(yàn)收，組織竣工驗(yàn)收，保證工程質(zhì)量。
三、加強(qiáng)成本控制。采用的基本工作原理是動(dòng)態(tài)控制原理，在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的各個(gè)階段，分析和審核投資計(jì)劃值，并將不同階段的投資計(jì)劃值和實(shí)際值進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)跟蹤比較，當(dāng)其發(fā)生偏差時(shí)，分析產(chǎn)生偏差的原因，提出糾偏的措施，使項(xiàng)目實(shí)施在確保項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的前提下，充分考慮項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)性，使項(xiàng)目總投資控制在計(jì)劃總投資范圍以?xún)?nèi)。房屋竣工后做竣工成本分析表，對(duì)工程概況相似的工程進(jìn)行建造成本對(duì)比分析，吸取經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)。
四、加強(qiáng)工程檔案管理。加強(qiáng)工程檔案的管理是一切工作能夠順利開(kāi)展的前提，我將制定工程檔案管理制度，以每一棟為對(duì)象，按檔案性質(zhì)分門(mén)別類(lèi)進(jìn)行保存，編制目錄以方便查找。
五、加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目部?jī)?nèi)部的建章建制工作，學(xué)習(xí)其它部門(mén)先進(jìn)的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，使管理工作制度化、規(guī)范化。明確各管理人員的責(zé)任、權(quán)力和利益，以提高各管理人員的工作積極性和工作效率。

my name’s chen . you can call me chen . chen is one of the biggest family names in china which date back to thousands of years ago. to be honest ， i’m not sure it’s all because i crazily crushed on history or something about my libra personality. i like the kind of fulfilling and freely job. so ， well ， when i step into colleage i choose turism as my major . before i graduate， i got the national tour guide certificate. today i’ll take you to visit one of the world hertitage----the yin ruins.
covering an area of 24 square km，the yin ruins at xiaotun village was the site of an ancient capital city 3000 years ago.
in ancient times，xiaotun was called yin to which king pangeng of the shang dynasty migrated his capital. as a capital for 273 years， it saw 12 kings and 8 generations .the period was called the yin shang or the yin dynasty in history. the city declined after the yin had been overthrown and the remains of the shang dynasty was latter called the yin ruins.
in 1961，the yin ruins was listed as the first group of culture relics under state-level protection .in order to prevent it from further damage and preserve the culture it of yin ruins was built on the site of the ruins in 1987.
well，the whole garden is skillfully designed and built on the exact site of the original the buildings in the garden are built on rammed terraces with thatched double-eaved roofs. the rafters beams are decorated with fine carvings of dragon， cicade and other animals.
ok， now we’re in the main entrance to the garden，it’s a specially designed gate built in the way， the word “gate”was finely carved with beautiful designs of dragon，phoenix，tiger，cicada and so on. on the top of the gate is the words”garden of the yin ruins”，written by cheng，a famous historian in china. the garden is spanided into several sections.
ok， now let’s first come to the main hall where the oracle inscriptions are showed. the oracle inscriptions were first discovered here in the 25th year of the emperor guangxu of the qing dynasty. the 15 important archaeological excavations were carried within 10 than160，000 pieces of shells and bones with inscriptions were found. as the earliest characters， the inscriptions marked a recorded history of nearly 4，000 years in china. they were used as spaninations in the shang people they were very contents of these inscriptions cover wide fields， ranging from sacrifice wars，states affairs to weather，hunting etc， and provide important information for the study of the shang society.
well， apart from the oracle inscriptions ， bronze wares are another part of the culture relics unearthed from the ruins，which shows that the technology of bronze casting
reachedits peak in the shang bronze wares include vessels，weapons，chariots and so on. “simuwuding” a bronze object weighing 875kilograms，is 1.33 merters long and 0.78 meter wide .elegant in appearance and intricately carved in ’s the best of bronze wares unearthed so far in the world . there are also many other artifacts excaveted in the yin ruins including pottery objects， stone and brone objects，jade， shell objects， lacquer ware ， ivory carvings and bamboo articles， all beautiful in shape and well made.

當(dāng)然，我還存在一些不足，在工作中也有一些失誤，但更多的優(yōu)勢(shì)給我能勝任擔(dān)任稽核監(jiān)察部主任奠定了基礎(chǔ)。如果我競(jìng)聘上稽核監(jiān)察部主任職務(wù)，我將根據(jù)我市農(nóng)村信用社實(shí)際,順應(yīng)稽核管理發(fā)展，把“稽核管理準(zhǔn)軍事化”的理念得到更進(jìn)一步的貫徹和落實(shí)。對(duì)基層信用社的管理，將結(jié)合省聯(lián)社出臺(tái)的“農(nóng)村信用社工作人員違規(guī)行為處理辦法”、“農(nóng)村信用社經(jīng)營(yíng)管理禁令”以及各級(jí)管理部門(mén)出臺(tái)的制度、辦法實(shí)施有效稽核檢查。
如果我競(jìng)聘成功，我將從以下幾個(gè)方面開(kāi)展工作：
(一)進(jìn)一步提高稽核人員綜合素質(zhì)，為實(shí)現(xiàn)稽核全面質(zhì)量化管理奠定基礎(chǔ)。一是實(shí)施稽核培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃。擬定年度稽核人員后續(xù)教育培訓(xùn)方案，有計(jì)劃、有目的地組織稽核人員培訓(xùn)，并編制相應(yīng)考題，實(shí)行實(shí)時(shí)考核，將考試成績(jī)納入稽核人員目標(biāo)考核管理中,使參訓(xùn)稽核人員學(xué)有所獲、學(xué)有所用;二是繼續(xù)推行稽核例會(huì)制度。按月邀請(qǐng)聯(lián)社領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、職能科室負(fù)責(zé)人共同參與稽核例會(huì)，共同討論、研究、決策稽核工作中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題，并且達(dá)到稽核人員在會(huì)議中學(xué)習(xí)、在討論中提高的目的。三是加強(qiáng)考核考評(píng)工作。在每一次稽核工作任務(wù)結(jié)束后，都要按照規(guī)定和要求進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格考核評(píng)價(jià)，及時(shí)通報(bào)情況、獎(jiǎng)優(yōu)罰劣，通過(guò)考核評(píng)價(jià)來(lái)有效解決稽核人員干好干壞一個(gè)樣的問(wèn)題。
(二)重典治亂，加大制度的執(zhí)行力度。一是稽核檢查與業(yè)務(wù)輔導(dǎo)相結(jié)合，有效提高一線員工綜合業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)，逐步減少由于業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)低形成的操作違規(guī)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。二是樹(shù)立一線員工合規(guī)經(jīng)營(yíng)理念，提高對(duì)違規(guī)行為的整改力度。三是利用重典懲治違規(guī)違制行為，提高干部職工對(duì)制度的執(zhí)行力，讓全市員工充分明白和體會(huì)到違規(guī)違制需要付出代價(jià)。四是開(kāi)展誡勉談話、警示談話，實(shí)時(shí)掌握員工思想動(dòng)態(tài)，把防范案件關(guān)口前移。
(三)稽核與監(jiān)察有機(jī)結(jié)合，切實(shí)做好案防工作
一是嚴(yán)把“教育觀”，使人不想作案。
作為稽核監(jiān)察部門(mén)，要把預(yù)防案件的關(guān)口前移，除了做好日常業(yè)務(wù)檢查監(jiān)督，還要從源頭上增強(qiáng)干部職工的遵章守紀(jì)意識(shí)，要充分采用紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察方式教育干部職工自省、自警、自尊、自律，做到常喝“醒腦湯”，常打“防腐針”，常照“反面鏡”，充分利用典型案例開(kāi)展警示教育活動(dòng)，通過(guò)正反對(duì)比，觸動(dòng)員工心靈，增強(qiáng)遵紀(jì)守法，廉潔奉公意識(shí)，提高全體干部職工的思想道德品格和拒腐防變能力，營(yíng)造一心一意干工作，全心全意謀發(fā)展的良好氛圍。
二是嚴(yán)把“制度關(guān)”，使人不能作案。讓制度約束思想，讓紀(jì)律規(guī)范行為。黨有黨紀(jì)，國(guó)有國(guó)法，社有社規(guī)，沒(méi)有制度無(wú)以成方圓。制度是合規(guī)經(jīng)營(yíng)的保證，要從根本上遏制違規(guī)違紀(jì)違法案件，必須從制度的執(zhí)行入手，經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)告訴我們，沒(méi)有鐵的紀(jì)律和制度的約束，一個(gè)企業(yè)將永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)有發(fā)展，制度是保障業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營(yíng)的重要保障，只有用嚴(yán)格的制度才能掐滅案件的導(dǎo)火索，保證不出案件。

in 1995, i entered the nanjing university of science & technology (nust) -- widely considered one of the china’s best engineering schools. during the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. i was granted first class prize every semester, and my overall gpa(89.5/100) ranked no.1 among 113 students. in 1999, i got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test. i selected the shanghai jiao tong university to continue my study for its best reputation on combinatorial optimization and network scheduling where my research interest lies.
at the period of my graduate study, my overall gpa(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. in the second semester, i became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. this year, i won the acer scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department, which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. presently, i am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of excellent graduation thesis.
research experience and academic activity，when a sophomore, i joined the association of ai enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. in 1997, i participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in prof. wang’s lab. with the tool of opengl and matlab, i designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. it is now widely used by different research groups in nust. in 1998, i assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for nanjing sewage treatment plant. this was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.
in 1999, i joined the distinguished professor yu-geng xis research group aiming at network flow problem solving and heuristic algorithm research. soon i was engaged in the fudan gene database design. my duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms, i introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- multi-population genetic algorithm. by spaniding a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively prevent ga from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. it proved more efficiently than sga in experiments, too. in the second semester, i joined the workshop-scheduling research in shanghai heavy duty tyre plant. the scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. to make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, i proposed a dynamic layered scheduling method based on hybrid petri nets. the practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. i also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. recently, i am doing research in the composite predict of the electrical power system assisted with the technology of data mining for bao steel. i try to combine the decision tree with receding optimization to provide a new solution for the composite predictive problem. this project is now under construction.
besides, in july 20xx, i got the opportunity to give a lecture in english in asia control conference (ascc) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation. in my senior year, i met -song lin, a visiting professor of mathematics from university of california-riverside, i learned graph theory from him for my network research. these experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of english and the understanding of western culture.

第二、有明確的工作思路與措施
1.通過(guò)協(xié)調(diào)能力解決工程管理難題：
①單位內(nèi)部的協(xié)調(diào)。掌握公司內(nèi)部關(guān)聯(lián)部門(mén)的工作流程，通過(guò)與規(guī)劃技術(shù)部，工程經(jīng)營(yíng)部，土地部等相關(guān)部門(mén)的協(xié)調(diào)，從而保證了從技術(shù)可行性到造價(jià)合理性及施工場(chǎng)地允許性等一系列問(wèn)題的解決。
②其他相關(guān)單位的協(xié)調(diào)。因工程施工過(guò)程的特性，依據(jù)政府三號(hào)文件精神，需經(jīng)常與審計(jì)、財(cái)政、規(guī)建處、建設(shè)局等相關(guān)部門(mén)溝通、協(xié)調(diào)，和各相關(guān)單位的溝通使得更好的服務(wù)于工程建設(shè)，有效的保證工程施工過(guò)程造價(jià)增加的合法性及以后的決算的依據(jù)性。
③施工單位協(xié)調(diào)：參與工程建設(shè)的單位有地質(zhì)勘察單位、設(shè)計(jì)單位、監(jiān)理單位、總包單位、甲方分包單位、甲供材料供應(yīng)單位、試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)單位等好幾十家，涉及的合同也好幾十份，處理好甲方分包、甲供材料供應(yīng)單位與總包單位的關(guān)系。同時(shí)還要處理好與施工單位的關(guān)系，除了監(jiān)管與被監(jiān)管的關(guān)系外，還有協(xié)作、配合的關(guān)系，可概括為監(jiān)、幫、促的關(guān)系。甲方代表除了依照工程合同、圖紙、規(guī)范對(duì)施工活動(dòng)認(rèn)真嚴(yán)格監(jiān)督管理之外，對(duì)其施工中的實(shí)際困難應(yīng)盡其所能給予幫助解決;對(duì)施工技術(shù)上的問(wèn)題要當(dāng)好參謀，對(duì)于施工單位的合法利益應(yīng)給予保護(hù)。
2.通過(guò)有效管理，推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目又好、又快開(kāi)展
①加強(qiáng)對(duì)監(jiān)理單位管理。 工程施工過(guò)程中應(yīng)以監(jiān)理單位的管理為主，要求監(jiān)理單位應(yīng)熟悉圖紙及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況，并為工程的質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度、投資控制負(fù)責(zé)。同時(shí)嚴(yán)格要求總監(jiān)，要求總監(jiān)按照監(jiān)理合同、監(jiān)理規(guī)劃和實(shí)施細(xì)則執(zhí)行，配齊相關(guān)人員，組織好監(jiān)理例會(huì)的召開(kāi)。
②加強(qiáng)施工單位管理。
(1)對(duì)施工管理，施工單位是在工作流程上、質(zhì)量控質(zhì)、進(jìn)度控制上主要執(zhí)行者。因此加強(qiáng)對(duì)施工單位的管理一定程度上起到了質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度流程等管理。特別是對(duì)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的管理，要求項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理按合同、規(guī)范及相關(guān)法律法規(guī)執(zhí)行，在施工過(guò)程中要求施工單位應(yīng)對(duì)分包單位在技術(shù)、質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度、協(xié)調(diào)進(jìn)行管理。
第三、我有豐富的工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉行業(yè)法規(guī)，能游刃有余的開(kāi)展工作。
我從項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理工作已有六年，在這六年里，我積累了豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉了行業(yè)法規(guī)，能夠游刃有余的開(kāi)展工作。工作六年來(lái)，我精通了業(yè)務(wù)，具備了創(chuàng)新的能力并具有一定的組織管理能力。我掌握了項(xiàng)目部各項(xiàng)工作的管理流程。在工作中能夠做到兼顧大局，較為妥當(dāng)?shù)奶幚砉ぷ髦械母鞣N問(wèn)題。在各種情況下，都能夠完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的各項(xiàng)工作任務(wù)。

二、加強(qiáng)合同管理和過(guò)程控制。在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的全過(guò)程中，嚴(yán)格以施工合同為依據(jù)，對(duì)項(xiàng)目的造價(jià)、進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量進(jìn)行全面控制。具體，在施工階段，及時(shí)對(duì)已完工程的工程量進(jìn)行審核，按合同簽付工程進(jìn)度款;加強(qiáng)工程簽證的管理，減少合同外支出;加強(qiáng)竣工結(jié)算的審核工作，控制工程造價(jià)。按照經(jīng)審核批準(zhǔn)的施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃，對(duì)施工進(jìn)度進(jìn)行監(jiān)督和檢查，及時(shí)采取措施糾正進(jìn)度偏差，保證工程進(jìn)度。抽查工序施工質(zhì)量，參與隱蔽工程驗(yàn)收和分部分項(xiàng)工程驗(yàn)收，組織竣工驗(yàn)收，保證工程質(zhì)量。
三、加強(qiáng)成本控制。采用的基本工作原理是動(dòng)態(tài)控制原理，在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的各個(gè)階段，分析和審核投資計(jì)劃值，并將不同階段的投資計(jì)劃值和實(shí)際值進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)跟蹤比較，當(dāng)其發(fā)生偏差時(shí)，分析產(chǎn)生偏差的原因，提出糾偏的措施，使項(xiàng)目實(shí)施在確保項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的前提下，充分考慮項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)性，使項(xiàng)目總投資控制在計(jì)劃總投資范圍以?xún)?nèi)。房屋竣工后做竣工成本分析表，對(duì)工程概況相似的工程進(jìn)行建造成本對(duì)比分析，吸取經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)。
四、加強(qiáng)工程檔案管理。加強(qiáng)工程檔案的管理是一切工作能夠順利開(kāi)展的前提，我將制定工程檔案管理制度，以每一棟為對(duì)象，按檔案性質(zhì)分門(mén)別類(lèi)進(jìn)行保存，編制目錄以方便查找。
五、加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目部?jī)?nèi)部的建章建制工作，學(xué)習(xí)其它部門(mén)先進(jìn)的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，使管理工作制度化、規(guī)范化。明確各管理人員的責(zé)任、權(quán)力和利益，以提高各管理人員的工作積極性和工作效率。

my name’s chen . you can call me chen . chen is one of the biggest family names in china which date back to thousands of years ago. to be honest ， i’m not sure it’s all because i crazily crushed on history or something about my libra personality. i like the kind of fulfilling and freely job. so ， well ， when i step into colleage i choose turism as my major . before i graduate， i got the national tour guide certificate. today i’ll take you to visit one of the world hertitage----the yin ruins.
covering an area of 24 square km，the yin ruins at xiaotun village was the site of an ancient capital city 3000 years ago.
in ancient times，xiaotun was called yin to which king pangeng of the shang dynasty migrated his capital. as a capital for 273 years， it saw 12 kings and 8 generations .the period was called the yin shang or the yin dynasty in history. the city declined after the yin had been overthrown and the remains of the shang dynasty was latter called the yin ruins.
in 1961，the yin ruins was listed as the first group of culture relics under state-level protection .in order to prevent it from further damage and preserve the culture it of yin ruins was built on the site of the ruins in 1987.
well，the whole garden is skillfully designed and built on the exact site of the original the buildings in the garden are built on rammed terraces with thatched double-eaved roofs. the rafters beams are decorated with fine carvings of dragon， cicade and other animals.
ok， now we’re in the main entrance to the garden，it’s a specially designed gate built in the way， the word “gate”was finely carved with beautiful designs of dragon，phoenix，tiger，cicada and so on. on the top of the gate is the words”garden of the yin ruins”，written by cheng，a famous historian in china. the garden is spanided into several sections.
ok， now let’s first come to the main hall where the oracle inscriptions are showed. the oracle inscriptions were first discovered here in the 25th year of the emperor guangxu of the qing dynasty. the 15 important archaeological excavations were carried within 10 than160，000 pieces of shells and bones with inscriptions were found. as the earliest characters， the inscriptions marked a recorded history of nearly 4，000 years in china. they were used as spaninations in the shang people they were very contents of these inscriptions cover wide fields， ranging from sacrifice wars，states affairs to weather，hunting etc， and provide important information for the study of the shang society.
well， apart from the oracle inscriptions ， bronze wares are another part of the culture relics unearthed from the ruins，which shows that the technology of bronze casting
reachedits peak in the shang bronze wares include vessels，weapons，chariots and so on. “simuwuding” a bronze object weighing 875kilograms，is 1.33 merters long and 0.78 meter wide .elegant in appearance and intricately carved in ’s the best of bronze wares unearthed so far in the world . there are also many other artifacts excaveted in the yin ruins including pottery objects， stone and brone objects，jade， shell objects， lacquer ware ， ivory carvings and bamboo articles， all beautiful in shape and well made.

當(dāng)然，我還存在一些不足，在工作中也有一些失誤，但更多的優(yōu)勢(shì)給我能勝任擔(dān)任稽核監(jiān)察部主任奠定了基礎(chǔ)。如果我競(jìng)聘上稽核監(jiān)察部主任職務(wù)，我將根據(jù)我市農(nóng)村信用社實(shí)際,順應(yīng)稽核管理發(fā)展，把“稽核管理準(zhǔn)軍事化”的理念得到更進(jìn)一步的貫徹和落實(shí)。對(duì)基層信用社的管理，將結(jié)合省聯(lián)社出臺(tái)的“農(nóng)村信用社工作人員違規(guī)行為處理辦法”、“農(nóng)村信用社經(jīng)營(yíng)管理禁令”以及各級(jí)管理部門(mén)出臺(tái)的制度、辦法實(shí)施有效稽核檢查。
如果我競(jìng)聘成功，我將從以下幾個(gè)方面開(kāi)展工作：
(一)進(jìn)一步提高稽核人員綜合素質(zhì)，為實(shí)現(xiàn)稽核全面質(zhì)量化管理奠定基礎(chǔ)。一是實(shí)施稽核培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃。擬定年度稽核人員后續(xù)教育培訓(xùn)方案，有計(jì)劃、有目的地組織稽核人員培訓(xùn)，并編制相應(yīng)考題，實(shí)行實(shí)時(shí)考核，將考試成績(jī)納入稽核人員目標(biāo)考核管理中,使參訓(xùn)稽核人員學(xué)有所獲、學(xué)有所用;二是繼續(xù)推行稽核例會(huì)制度。按月邀請(qǐng)聯(lián)社領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、職能科室負(fù)責(zé)人共同參與稽核例會(huì)，共同討論、研究、決策稽核工作中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題，并且達(dá)到稽核人員在會(huì)議中學(xué)習(xí)、在討論中提高的目的。三是加強(qiáng)考核考評(píng)工作。在每一次稽核工作任務(wù)結(jié)束后，都要按照規(guī)定和要求進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格考核評(píng)價(jià)，及時(shí)通報(bào)情況、獎(jiǎng)優(yōu)罰劣，通過(guò)考核評(píng)價(jià)來(lái)有效解決稽核人員干好干壞一個(gè)樣的問(wèn)題。
(二)重典治亂，加大制度的執(zhí)行力度。一是稽核檢查與業(yè)務(wù)輔導(dǎo)相結(jié)合，有效提高一線員工綜合業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)，逐步減少由于業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)低形成的操作違規(guī)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。二是樹(shù)立一線員工合規(guī)經(jīng)營(yíng)理念，提高對(duì)違規(guī)行為的整改力度。三是利用重典懲治違規(guī)違制行為，提高干部職工對(duì)制度的執(zhí)行力，讓全市員工充分明白和體會(huì)到違規(guī)違制需要付出代價(jià)。四是開(kāi)展誡勉談話、警示談話，實(shí)時(shí)掌握員工思想動(dòng)態(tài)，把防范案件關(guān)口前移。
(三)稽核與監(jiān)察有機(jī)結(jié)合，切實(shí)做好案防工作
一是嚴(yán)把“教育觀”，使人不想作案。
作為稽核監(jiān)察部門(mén)，要把預(yù)防案件的關(guān)口前移，除了做好日常業(yè)務(wù)檢查監(jiān)督，還要從源頭上增強(qiáng)干部職工的遵章守紀(jì)意識(shí)，要充分采用紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察方式教育干部職工自省、自警、自尊、自律，做到常喝“醒腦湯”，常打“防腐針”，常照“反面鏡”，充分利用典型案例開(kāi)展警示教育活動(dòng)，通過(guò)正反對(duì)比，觸動(dòng)員工心靈，增強(qiáng)遵紀(jì)守法，廉潔奉公意識(shí)，提高全體干部職工的思想道德品格和拒腐防變能力，營(yíng)造一心一意干工作，全心全意謀發(fā)展的良好氛圍。
二是嚴(yán)把“制度關(guān)”，使人不能作案。讓制度約束思想，讓紀(jì)律規(guī)范行為。黨有黨紀(jì)，國(guó)有國(guó)法，社有社規(guī)，沒(méi)有制度無(wú)以成方圓。制度是合規(guī)經(jīng)營(yíng)的保證，要從根本上遏制違規(guī)違紀(jì)違法案件，必須從制度的執(zhí)行入手，經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)告訴我們，沒(méi)有鐵的紀(jì)律和制度的約束，一個(gè)企業(yè)將永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)有發(fā)展，制度是保障業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營(yíng)的重要保障，只有用嚴(yán)格的制度才能掐滅案件的導(dǎo)火索，保證不出案件。

in 1995, i entered the nanjing university of science & technology (nust) -- widely considered one of the china’s best engineering schools. during the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. i was granted first class prize every semester, and my overall gpa(89.5/100) ranked no.1 among 113 students. in 1999, i got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test. i selected the shanghai jiao tong university to continue my study for its best reputation on combinatorial optimization and network scheduling where my research interest lies.
at the period of my graduate study, my overall gpa(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. in the second semester, i became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. this year, i won the acer scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department, which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. presently, i am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of excellent graduation thesis.
research experience and academic activity，when a sophomore, i joined the association of ai enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. in 1997, i participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in prof. wang’s lab. with the tool of opengl and matlab, i designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. it is now widely used by different research groups in nust. in 1998, i assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for nanjing sewage treatment plant. this was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.
in 1999, i joined the distinguished professor yu-geng xis research group aiming at network flow problem solving and heuristic algorithm research. soon i was engaged in the fudan gene database design. my duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms, i introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- multi-population genetic algorithm. by spaniding a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively prevent ga from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. it proved more efficiently than sga in experiments, too. in the second semester, i joined the workshop-scheduling research in shanghai heavy duty tyre plant. the scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. to make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, i proposed a dynamic layered scheduling method based on hybrid petri nets. the practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. i also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. recently, i am doing research in the composite predict of the electrical power system assisted with the technology of data mining for bao steel. i try to combine the decision tree with receding optimization to provide a new solution for the composite predictive problem. this project is now under construction.
besides, in july 20xx, i got the opportunity to give a lecture in english in asia control conference (ascc) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation. in my senior year, i met -song lin, a visiting professor of mathematics from university of california-riverside, i learned graph theory from him for my network research. these experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of english and the understanding of western culture.
