The tomb sweeping day is one of the traditional festivals in China. On April 5th people start to visit their ancestors’ tombs. When they start to honour their ancestor they will light up some candles and incense put some flowers around the tombs. The most important thing is to put the home-made food in front of the tombs. The food also known as sacrifices is usually made up with a chicken a fish and some pork. It’s a symbol of the offspring’s respect to the ancestors. People believe that the forbears will share the food with them.
The children dedicate the food and money to their forbears in order to show their love and caring. The young offspring will go down on their knees and pray for their ancestors. They can say their wishes in front of the tombs and the ancestors will make their dreams come true.

The Dragon Boat Festival ,also called the Duanwu Festival ,is celebrated on the fifth day of the fifth month according to the Chinese calendar.People always eat rice dumplings and watch dragon boat races to celebrate it.
The rice dumpling is made of glutinous rice,meat and so on. You can eat different kinds of rice dumplings.They are very delicious.
And Dragon Boat Festival is for Qu Yuan. He is an honest minister who is said to have committed suicide by drowning himself in a river.

Today, it's sunny and cloudless. Under the guidance of our teacher, we went to sanhetan for a spring outing.
Along the way, the rape flowers in the farmland are golden and yellow. The breeze blows, and the rape flowers swing with the breeze, emitting a whole fragrance. Singing and laughing all the way, unconsciously, we came to the flood control embankment of sanhetan. Standing on the embankment, we looked into the distance. The tall and short trees were lush. After crossing the three rivers, we came to a piece of green and overcast grassland. We saw the sharp little head of the grass. We rested for a while and ran to the trampoline over there. As soon as I got on the trampoline, I fell several times, but I didn't lose heart and continued to jump. Gradually, I mastered the essentials. I also played on the swing. Today's spring outing was really interesting.
