投訴信是對于產(chǎn)品、服務(wù)等的不滿意，進而需要寫出自己的意見和要求。
第一段需寫寫信的目的以及自己的一個概括的期望：常用套話比如 I venture to write to complain about ……+定語從句;I would be grateful if you could do anything necessary to solve the problem facing me.
