開(kāi)頭第一句，如何尊稱在座的各位嘉賓：
（1）Ladies and Gentlemen （最常用的）：女士們，先生們
（2）Our distinguished guest：各位嘉賓。
這里的distinguish的動(dòng)詞是大家會(huì)比較熟悉的“區(qū)別、辨別、突出”的意思，在加上ed 成為形容詞之后，則有“的、高貴的、尊貴的”的意思。
（3）Your/ His/ Her/ Honor Excellency:尊敬的閣下。
這里的Excellency 是閣下的意思。經(jīng)常和Your/ His/ Her/連用，一般最為大使、總統(tǒng)的尊稱。另外，如果你有看過(guò)《都鐸王朝》或者是一些英國(guó)歷史劇，那你一定聽(tīng)過(guò)這兩個(gè)尊稱了：Your/ His/ Her Majesty :尊敬的陛下、Your/ His/ Her/ Royal Highness 尊敬的殿下。
對(duì)宴會(huì)會(huì)議表達(dá)感謝之情：
（1）It is a great pleasure for……十分榮幸
e.g. It is a great pleasure for me to preside at this dinner given by this company in honor of Mr. Smith.
我十分榮幸，能夠主持本公司為歡迎史密斯先生而舉行的這次宴會(huì)。
（2）I would to express my deepest appreciation……表達(dá)深深的謝意
e.g. I would to express my deepest appreciation to the your company for warm hospitality and excellent arrangements of this event.
我想向貴公司表達(dá)深深的謝意，感謝你們的熱情款待以及本次活動(dòng)所做的精心安排。
(3) On behalf of all the members of……代表全體成員
e.g. On behalf of all the members of my mission, I would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks to our host for their earnest invitation and the gracious hospitality we have received since we set foot on this charming land.
我想借此機(jī)會(huì)，代表我們代表團(tuán)的全體成員，對(duì)我們東道主的誠(chéng)摯邀請(qǐng)，對(duì)我們一踏上這塊充滿魅力的土地便受到的真誠(chéng)的款待，向東道主表示真誠(chéng)感謝。
最后表達(dá)祝愿的結(jié)束語(yǔ)：
May I conclude my remarks by wishing……./a complete success/ in conclusion, I wish….. a compete success.我預(yù)?！〉脠A滿成功。
