The Family Plan has been adopted for several years, most of the young generation are only child because their parents follow the government’s policy. Over more than 30years, most family are made up of grandparents, parents and a child. Here comes the problem, the society is facing an aging situation, more and more people are getting old while the young people are less. For a typical family, four grow-ups are at the age of over 40 with a young kid less than 20years old. The aging society is getting more and more obvious, such phenomenon has been catch mass media’s attention. The policy of one child has been doubted, it has been strongly advised that a family is allowed to raise two kids. I totally agree with that, it not only bring happiness to family, but also relieve the pressure of aging problem.

October is a month with lots of festivals. Do you know United Nations Day? It set up on October 24th, 1945. Since then, every year of 24th, October becomes the United Nations Day. United Nations is firstly invented by America president, Roosevelt. Its purpose is to maintain international peace and security, development international friendly relationship, promote international cooperation of economic, society, culture and human wealthy and so on. The design of the UN emblem matches up its goal. The picture of the emblem is two olive branches foiling the whole earth, which means everyone makes effort to achieve world peace. Do you know why? It is because the olive branch represents of peace, which derive from an old fairy tale. As a world, comprehensive international government organization, it has 192 countries as its member now. There is a festival in the world called International Day for the Eradication of Poverty. It falls on the seventeenth of October every year. The reason why this festival exists just as it is serious in the reality life. In present days, although more and more people are enjoying a better life, there are still some people in the situation of poverty. It is an emergency that needs people to solve as soon as possible. In my opinion, there are several aspects people should realize. First of all, the rich should help the poor. They can donate some money to them or provide some job opportunities to them. Otherwise, the gas between the wealthy and poor will be bigger. Secondly, the government should publish some policy to help the poor to escape from poverty. Last but not least, the poor people should try their best to fight for themselves. After all, the best people can help you is yourself. If we can eradicate poverty one day, the world will be more beautiful.
