In China, there are many families send their kids to study abroad, because foreign education is believed to have advantages over our country’s, so when the overseas returnees come to job hunting, they are often being considered first. Does it mean overseas returnees superior to us? Actually, I don’t think so.
在中國(guó)，很多家庭送他們的子女出國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)，因?yàn)閲?guó)外的教育被認(rèn)為優(yōu)于國(guó)內(nèi)教育，所以當(dāng)海歸找工作時(shí)，他們經(jīng)常被優(yōu)先考慮。這是否意味著海歸比我們高一籌呢？我不這樣認(rèn)為。
First, the ones who study abroad are no longer for the only purpose-study, they are often born in a rich family, so besides study, they want to travel more. What’s more, in a free circumstance, they may lose themselves, indulging in the pub. Without hard work, they gain less knowledge, who says they know more than us.

Second, overseas returnees are less familiar with our market. The market is very important for business, the long term’s living in the foreign country makes overseas returnees hard to adapt to the native market, they know more about the foreign market. So we also have advantages over them, we are familiar with our country’s circumstance, we can make the decision quickly.
第二，海歸對(duì)我們的市場(chǎng)不怎么熟悉。市場(chǎng)對(duì)于生意是很重要的，長(zhǎng)期在國(guó)外的生活讓海歸很難適應(yīng)本土市場(chǎng)，他們比較了解國(guó)外市場(chǎng)。所以我們也有優(yōu)勢(shì)，我們對(duì)本國(guó)市場(chǎng)熟悉，可以快速做決定。
Therefore, I think those overseas returnees should not be regarded as superior to us. Employers should treat all the students equally, giving them the fair chance, the one who performs better, the one who wins.

Many people would like to choose to donate their body after they died; they think they can help the patient who needs to replace organs so that they can survive. Most people who live in American or United Kingdom will sign a body donation agreement when they still alive. However, parts of Chinese people will not like to do that because of the traditional concept, Chinese people regard dead body as an honor to the death, and incomplete body will not bring the death to heaven.

There are two reasons that people should donate their body. In the first place, we cannot bring anything with us when we are died; the most precious thing we left in earth is the memory about you in your family members head. Our remains will cremate and it will make no valuable, we will become a handful of dust, maybe it will gone with the wind. Why don’t we donate our body to help others in need, you might help someone to see the colorful world, or someone will live with a heart that can pump strongly. You can still live in this world by donating your body.

In the second place, the world after died is superstition, we died then we died. No matter what others do for our body, it wouldn’t change the fact that we don’t exist in the human world any more. The website’s name is shesahomewrecker.com, this website offer a place for the heart broke people who are want to share the experience that they were betrayed. However, the highlight is they also expose the mistress and betrayer’s photo. Some people think this could be an alarm that can protect people from heart broke, while others think this violate human right. For me, I agree with the latter.
