一、在年份中，0可讀作o或者and，還有其他讀法。例如：
1908 讀作 nineteen o eight或nineteen hundred and eight
1900 讀作 nineteen double o或nineteen hundred
2000 讀作 two thousand
二、房間編號(hào)、電話號(hào)碼等編碼中的0讀作o。例如：
Room 103 讀作 Room(number)one o three
電話號(hào)碼508-6105307讀作 Telephone number five o eight six one o five three o seven(在five o eight后稍作停頓)
郵政編碼276001讀作 postcode(或zip code)two seven six o o one或two seven six double o one
三、在數(shù)學(xué)中的表達(dá)
0 在數(shù)學(xué)中可用zero，nought，naught表示。nought多用于英國(guó)，naught多用于美國(guó)。讀數(shù)字時(shí)，0可以不讀，而用and代替;若把數(shù)字一個(gè)一個(gè)讀出時(shí)，0可讀作o。例如：
1.數(shù)字的讀法
1，205讀作 one thousand two hundred and five
小數(shù)點(diǎn)后的數(shù)字要一個(gè)一個(gè)地讀出來(lái)，0讀作 naught或o。例如：
0.06讀作(naught)point naught six(美式英語(yǔ)用 zero代替naught)
2.單個(gè)的0讀作nought，naught，zero。例如：
100是一個(gè)1和兩個(gè)0寫成的。
