【篇一】前進的動力 The Motivation
Everybody needs the motivation to move on, so no matter what kind of difficulties they meet, they can see the hope and stick to the targets. I have set up small targets for myself, so I can make progress step by step. For example, when I jog on the playground for 800 meters, I will finish every 100 meters as the small target, so I can finish my task easily. If I think about 800 meters at first, I will lose my motivation and give up quickly. Motivation is like the light in the dark, leading us to reach our destination. Find our aim and set up the small plans. We can make it anyway.
每個人都需要前進的動力，這樣無論他們遇到什么樣的困難，都可以看到希望，并堅持以達到目標。我為自己設(shè)立了小目標，這樣就可以一步一步地取得進步。比如當(dāng)我在操場上跑800米時，我會把每次的100米當(dāng)做小目標，這樣我就可以很輕易地完成我的任務(wù)。如果我一開始就想著800米，就會失去動力，迅速放棄。動力就像是黑暗中的光，引導(dǎo)著我們到達目的地。找到我們的目標和設(shè)立小的計劃，就總能成功。

Every time when the public holiday comes, a lot of Chinese people plan to travel somewhere and relax themselves. Traveling abroad has been many people's choices as the economy develops. Many foreign countries have sensed the potential market of Chinese tourists, so they want to attract more Chinese tourists, and learning mandarin helps them win the customers. According to the news report, the foreign businessmen are learning mandarin. Though their pronunciation sounds funny, they work so hard to get more Chinese customers. Weibo has been the most popular communicational tool. People use it to scan news and a lot of them like to make comments about the hot issues. Especially when the negative information has been delivered, people will criticize the people who did the bad things at first, but as more details has been exposed later, people start to change their opinions. So I always wonder about the public's value conception, as they change their opinions so quickly, which seems that they can't make their own judgment, and the media affect their decision all the time. So it is important to let the teenagers learn what is right and wrong, or they will follow the crowd easily.
