Whenever I began to clean the house, my routine is to turn on my husband's PS3 and play my music folder (which contains a great variety of artists, might I add) but just a moment ago I grabbed a seat to take a little /peak and as I was sitting.
每當(dāng)開(kāi)始在家打掃衛(wèi)生的時(shí)候，我的慣例是把丈夫的PS3打開(kāi)，播放里面我的音樂(lè)文件夾（容我插一句，里面有我添加的許多風(fēng)格迥異的音樂(lè)藝術(shù)家作品），不過(guò)剛剛，我找了張椅子準(zhǔn)備坐下來(lái)休息一會(huì)兒。
Chris Botti came on, the song, "Em/paceable You" and it relaxed me and I had become so comfortable in my seat that my mind drifted away to a beautiful scene of a moment of mine back in time and right then I said to myself "This is what I love".

我喜歡精神上的寧?kù)o祥和。說(shuō)真的，這不是錢(qián)能買(mǎi)的。在很多時(shí)候我的精神都處于亢奮之中，我尤其希望能有這樣的時(shí)刻來(lái)放松身心。
And right now, I'm alone, the house has a wonderful aroma in the air, the music is playing, the door is ajar, the fan is on, the windows are open and the sun is shining so /pight that it gives my place the perfect light. Aah!!! I love this feeling!
此時(shí)此刻，我一個(gè)人獨(dú)處，房子里彌漫著芬芳，音樂(lè)在播放，門(mén)半掩著，風(fēng)扇開(kāi)著，窗戶開(kāi)著，窗外陽(yáng)光耀，眼家里的光線恰到好處。這一切契合著我的心境。
No one is calling me, knocking at my door and there is no loud hustle and bustle outside.
沒(méi)有人打電話來(lái)，沒(méi)有人敲門(mén)，外面也沒(méi)有熙然嘈雜聲。我不禁開(kāi)始思考，主啊，要做什么才能換來(lái)一次這樣的時(shí)刻。
Then I started thinking, Lord, what did I do to deserve this moment? Never mind, I just want to enjoy it. Thank you Lord for allowing me this peaceful feeling of freedom. I hope all that maybe reading this can soon indulge in a mental pleasure such as this. There is nothing like it.
