Plug-in，即“插件”，原意是指在計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)中安裝以實(shí)現(xiàn)額外功能的軟件，春運(yùn)期間出現(xiàn)的“搶票軟件”就算一種plug-in。這里所說的“*”插件，是司機(jī)通過作弊的方式獲得高額的車費(fèi)回報(bào)，可以用cheating plug-in來表達(dá)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲中用來作弊的“*程序”則叫做tag-on service，指專門針對(duì)一個(gè)或多個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲，通過改變網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲軟件的部分程序制作而成的作弊程序(cheating program)。
報(bào)道指出，除了在行駛過程中利用插件抬高車費(fèi)，這款“*”還能幫助司機(jī)搶單。

對(duì)此，滴滴出行方面表示，公司已經(jīng)監(jiān)控到該作弊行為，平臺(tái)上線了反作弊策略來識(shí)別這類作弊司機(jī)(counter-measure system for detecting the app)，一旦確認(rèn)立即封號(hào)處理(block any accounts identified to be using the plug-in)，并依據(jù)作弊訂單金額進(jìn)行罰款。
乘客如何辨別司機(jī)是否在使用“*”?
If the app's navigation system showed unusual changes in movement, or didn't match the actual route that was being taken, it's likely the plug-in is being used.
如果滴滴上的導(dǎo)航路線頻繁變化，或者與實(shí)際行車路線不符，可能司機(jī)正在使用“*”。
