Booking 預(yù)定 What the customer says:
客人說：
"I booked a table for two for … (8pm). 我訂了2個人的桌子，是8點的。
"It's under the name of …" 預(yù)訂人的名字是…… "A table for two please." 我們有2個人。
What the waiter says:
服務(wù)員說：
"Of course. Please come this way." 沒問題，請跟我來這邊。
Or…

Asking about the menu 詢問菜單 These are phrases you can ask the waiter if you aren't sure of something on the menu.當(dāng)客人對菜單里的菜有些疑問時，他們會問…… "What's … exactly?" 這個到底是什么？ "Is this served with … (salad)?" 這個配菜是什么？（沙拉嗎？） "Does this have any … (seafood) in it?" 這個菜里面有……嗎？（有海鮮嗎？） "What do you recommend?" 有什么推薦的嗎？

("bill" in British English; "check" in American English.) Bill是英式英語中的賬單，check是美式英語中的。
