另外一種比較口語的說法，就是“if you ask me”，翻譯成中文，約等于“要我說”。

這個表達算是中等常見吧，比較文縐縐，適用于比較正式的演講或書信中。
這個短語有點故作低調，欲說還休的感覺，雖然是humble opinion，其實一般用這個短語時，說話的人對自己觀點其實是相當自信的。
這相當于中文里的謙稱，類似于古代大臣所說的：依臣愚見的感覺。
