形容詞的平級(jí)比較級(jí)：as…as
形容詞的比較形式有3種：較高比較級(jí)(more expensive, the most expensive);較低比較級(jí)(less expensive, the least expensive) ;平級(jí)比較級(jí) (as expensive as)。
請(qǐng)看下面句中as…as的用法：
The green apple is as sweet as the red one.

afford v.
(1)買(mǎi)得起;付得起(錢(qián))：
She can't afford a new coat.
她買(mǎi)不起一件新大衣。
We are not rich enough to afford a car.

(2)擔(dān)負(fù)得起(時(shí)間等)：
I feel I can' t afford any more time on this project.
