3、in order(that)"以便" to the end that "為……起見(jiàn)，以便。
eg. He works hard in order that his family may be happy.
4、含有情態(tài)動(dòng)詞的目的狀語(yǔ)從句。
1）I am punishing the child lest he should make the same mistake.
2）She took her umbrella lest it(should)rain.
5、in case既可引導(dǎo)目的狀語(yǔ)從句，也可引導(dǎo)條件狀語(yǔ)從句，主要視句意而定, in case引導(dǎo)目的狀語(yǔ)從句，從句有時(shí)可用“should+動(dòng)詞原形”這樣的形式：
1)Tell me in case you get into difficulty.
2)Take your coat in case it rains (should rain).
