    1. can not help but do something
    擋也擋不住，攔也攔不了，表示“不由自主地要做一件事”，你就可以用上這個短語。
    例：She couldn't help but wonder what he was thinking.

    2. can not help doing something
    與第一條同理，表達某件事“不得不”或者“沒控制住”。
