High-temperature subsidies
Twenty-eight provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions have made high-temperature subsidies standard this year, China Daily reported. Employees in northern regions such as Tianjin and Gansu are entitled to the subsidy from June to September, while those in Hainan province get the subsidy from April to October. In China, labor authorities are responsible for determining local subsidy standards.
據(jù)《中國(guó)日?qǐng)?bào)》報(bào)道，全國(guó)已有28個(gè)省、直轄市和自治區(qū)制定了今年的高溫補(bǔ)貼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。天津、甘肅等北方地區(qū)的員工在6月到9月期間可獲得高溫補(bǔ)貼，而海南省的員工可在4月到10月期間獲得該補(bǔ)貼。我國(guó)各地的人力資源社會(huì)保障部門負(fù)責(zé)為高溫補(bǔ)貼制定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
馬上學(xué)：高溫補(bǔ)貼也可以用high temperature allowance來(lái)表示。根據(jù)有關(guān)規(guī)定，勞動(dòng)者在溫度35℃以上的戶外露天作業(yè)，或者在溫度33℃以上的而室內(nèi)工作場(chǎng)所工作時(shí)，用人單位應(yīng)當(dāng)向勞動(dòng)者發(fā)放高溫津貼。
