Global equity index provider MSCI announced for the third time on June 15 that it would delay the inclusion of China A-shares on its emerging market index. Analysts said regulatory hurdles and restrictions hinder overseas investors from accessing the Chinese stock market, which could help explain MSCI’s decision. The China Securities Regulatory Commission said MSCI’s decision won’t impact the reform and opening process of the country’s capital markets.
6月15日，全球股指編制公司MSCI宣布，延緩將中國(guó)A股納入其新興市場(chǎng)指數(shù)。這已經(jīng)是A股第三次沖擊MSCI新興市場(chǎng)指數(shù)失敗。分析人士表示，監(jiān)管政策上對(duì)海外投資人進(jìn)入中國(guó)股票市場(chǎng)的障礙和限制，可能是MSCI做出本次延緩決定的原因。中國(guó)證監(jiān)會(huì)表示，MSCI的決定不會(huì)影響我國(guó)資本市場(chǎng)的改革與開放進(jìn)程。
