Global equity index provider MSCI announced for the third time on June 15 that it would delay the inclusion of China A-shares on its emerging market index. The China Securities Regulatory Commission said MSCI’s decision won’t impact the reform and opening process of the country’s capital markets.
6月15日，全球股指編制公司MSCI宣布，延緩將中國A股納入其新興市場指數(shù)。這已經(jīng)是A股第三次沖擊MSCI新興市場指數(shù)失敗。分析人士表示，監(jiān)管政策上對海外投資人進(jìn)入中國股票市場的障礙和限制，可能是MSCI做出本次延緩決定的原因。中國證監(jiān)會表示，MSCI的決定不會影響我國資本市場的改革與開放進(jìn)程。
馬上學(xué)：A股是指由中國境內(nèi)公司發(fā)行，供境內(nèi)機(jī)構(gòu)、組織或個人以人民幣認(rèn)購和交易的普通股股票。與之相對的是B股，它是以人民幣標(biāo)明面值，以外幣認(rèn)購和買賣，在中國境內(nèi)證券交易所上市交易的外資股。
