A guideline on education, which included articles on how to deal with bullying, was released earlier this week as China pushes to address violence among students.   本周早些時(shí)候,中國推動(dòng)解決學(xué)生暴力事件行動(dòng)又取得新進(jìn)展,多部門聯(lián)合發(fā)布了一份教育指導(dǎo)文件,其中包括如何處理校園暴力規(guī)定。   The guideline was jointly released by nine organs including the Ministry of Education, the Supreme People’s Court, the Ministry of Public Security, and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League.   該份文件由包括教育部、法院、公安部、以及共青團(tuán)中央在內(nèi)的九個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)聯(lián)合發(fā)布。   Schools must be aware of the consequences of bullying and violent incidents in schools, the guideline warned.   這份指導(dǎo)文件警告說,學(xué)校必須意識(shí)到校園欺凌和校園暴力事件所導(dǎo)致的后果。   Measures were suggested in the guideline that could improve the ideological, moral, legal and psychological education of students.   指導(dǎo)文件建議學(xué)校要加強(qiáng)學(xué)生在思想、道德、法制和心理方面的教育。   Moreover, officials will be held accountable for serious incidents of bullying or violence in areas under their jurisdiction.   此外,官員要對(duì)其管轄范圍內(nèi)的嚴(yán)重校園欺凌、暴力事件負(fù)責(zé)。   The guideline suggested that students with severe behavioral problems should be transferred to special schools suitable to their needs or, in more serious cases, they should receive administrative or criminal penalties.   該指導(dǎo)文件建議,有嚴(yán)重行為問題的學(xué)生應(yīng)該被轉(zhuǎn)移到適合他們需要的特殊學(xué)校去,而如果情節(jié)更為嚴(yán)重的話,應(yīng)該接受行政或者刑事處罰。   Additionally, adults outside school, who instigate, coerce and beguile students into illegal activity, will be dealt with severely, according to the guideline.   此外根據(jù)指導(dǎo)文件規(guī)定,指使、脅迫、誘騙學(xué)生參與違法行為的社會(huì)人員將會(huì)被嚴(yán)肅處理。
