據(jù)美聯(lián)社報(bào)道，1月10日，墨西哥啟動了將綽號為“矮子”的毒梟華金•古斯曼引渡到美國的程序。美國希望以毒品走私、謀殺等罪名控訴古斯曼。古斯曼是墨西哥某販毒集團(tuán)的首腦，也是世界上最臭名昭著的毒販。1月8日，古斯曼在墨西哥西北部被捕， 而六個月前他從戒備森嚴(yán)的監(jiān)獄成功越獄。
Mexico launched the process to extradite drug lord Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman to the Us on Jan 10, The Associate Press reported. The US wants Guzman tried on charges ranging from drug trafficking to murder. Guzman, the boss of a Mexican drug cartel and the world’s most prominent drug trafficker, was recaptured in northwestern Mexico on Jan 8, six months after he escaped from a maximum security prison in the country.
