The 21st century is named as the era of “Internet asthe king”.Cyberspace will be an important strategicresource in this century.Network economy has greatinfluence on the traditional economic theories andeven changes them.Network economy has obviousscale effect.A greater scale promises more clients,products of more standard level,morebusiness opportunities and thus much more interests.No matter how miraculous the Internetis,it cannot exist independently without traditional economy.Without traditionaleconomy,network economy will be like the fountain without water and the trees withoutroots,which will not make a sustainable development.
