開飯店肯定是一大票吃貨的愿望，還有我就沒見過不愛吃甜食的女孩子，所以雅思考官的理想都是開個甜品店，女生就是自己吃!男生就是做給女朋友吃!還有《神奇動物在哪里》的雅各布，特意去銀行貸款要開一家bakery。有什么能比甜食給人們帶來更多的享受呢!所以跟之前一樣，由愛好引出想要從事的小買賣，之后意*一下你店里的規(guī)模，后再次表達一下希望從事此行業(yè)的愿望，結(jié)束!
如果是想開飯店，在雅思口語里可以這樣開頭：
I guess for a foodie like me, the ideal/best business to run is to open a restaurant.
And to be honest, that happens to be my childhood dream.
之后關(guān)于飯店的topic太多了，隨便把之前準備好的關(guān)于飯店的介紹搬到自己的店里，就搞定了，所以不多介紹啦。下面我們來看甜品店：
I’ve always wanted to open a dessert parlor since I was little, ‘cause I have a sweet tooth, there’s nothing in the world I’d like more than to eat sweets every day. So you see, to run a small business like that would be a dream come true for me.
If it’s possible, I would like to open my shop as soon as I graduate from college, and I prefer to do it in a foreign country, ‘cause I want to introduce traditional Chinese deserts to foreign friends. We know that Chinese cuisine is popular all around the globe, but not many people know about Chinese pastry and stuff, so I guess it would be a good opportunity for foreigners to get to know more about our deserts. And no offence, but in my personal opinion, they are way more palatable than those western deserts.
And the decoration in my parlor must be full of Chinese flavor as well. The main color of the room would be Chinese red, which brings passion and festive mood. And wooden furniture would be the feature of my parlor, you know, ‘cause it makes the whole place look historical. And there would be paintings and calligraphy hanging on the wall, so my customers can sense a different culture when they are eating in my parlor.
We would offer a wide range of beverages as well, so it would be a perfect place to have breakfast or afternoon tea.
The best part is, I get to enjoy all the food for free, ‘cause it’s my own business. My only concern is that I would eat more than I could earn.
Anyway, that’s the small business I would like to have in the future.
