1.建議信
建議信是書信考查中?？嫉囊活悤拧７秩螌?。
第一段通常進(jìn)行“自我介紹，表示相關(guān)。表揚(yáng)在先，建議在后”。所用語言：I am….who….Generally speaking, the...are/is quite good. However, I have some better suggestions for you.。
第二段寫“具體建議，附加原因”。相關(guān)句型：Firstly, it would be greatly appreciated if you could…, because…Secondly, since….,it is advisable for you to…。
第三段寫“表示期待”。所用句型：I hope that you will find these suggestions helpful.。
2.咨詢信
咨詢信也是同樣三段。
第一段寫“自我介紹，表示相關(guān)，表明目的”。所用語言：I am….who….I am writing this letter to acquire…。
第二段我們要寫“咨詢問題，自身需求”。相關(guān)句型：Firstly, it would be greatly appreciated if you could let me know about… ,because…自身需求.Secondly, 自身需求.So I would be very grateful if you could send me relevant information.。
第三段寫“表示期待”。所用句型：I am looking forward to a favorable reply at your earliest convenience.
3.投訴信
第一段寫“自我介紹，表示相關(guān)，表明目的”。我們常用的語言：I am….who….I am writing this letter to complain about…。
第二段寫“自身遭遇，解決方案，附加原因”。具體的語言可以用：自身遭遇.To resolve this problem, it is advisable for you to…,because…(解決方案原因)。
第三段寫“表示期待”。所用句型：I hope that my problem could get your kind consideration.
