新的經濟學人在描述中國的一帶一路政策(One Belt, One Road, “OBOR”)時使用了這樣的標題 Our Bulldozers, Our Rules.
bulldozer 的使用除了包含原有推土機的意思，指代一帶一路政策以 infrastructure 的建設為導向，同時也暗指了 "China's foreign policy could reshape a part of the world economy"，即中國新外交政策對傳統(tǒng)西方為導向的大國外交的洗牌和重塑。
