英特爾大連芯片廠是英特爾半導體(大連)有限公司在大連市投資25億美元建設的先進半導體芯片制造廠,也是英特爾在亞洲設立的第一座芯片廠。工廠于2007年底開始建設,2009年建成投入試用,2010年10月正式投產(chǎn),大連芯片廠的總建筑面積16.3萬平方米,采用業(yè)界主流的300毫米硅晶圓和英特爾成熟的65納米制造工藝生產(chǎn)電腦芯片組產(chǎn)品。

    2015年10月21日,英特爾宣布將其與美光合資開發(fā)的最新非易失性儲存技術引入中國,并在遼寧大連投資55億美元,升級現(xiàn)在的英特爾大連工廠以生產(chǎn)“非易失性儲存”設備。該項目將于2016年年底實現(xiàn)正式投產(chǎn)。非易失性儲存固態(tài)硬盤項目是英特爾核心計算業(yè)務,大連新工廠也將成為英特爾在全球第一個用300毫米晶圓生產(chǎn)技術的非易失性存儲產(chǎn)品集成電路制造中心。這項投資將成為英特爾進一步踐行“生根中國,綻放世界”戰(zhàn)略的重要里程碑。
    Process Engineer/工藝工程師
    Description:
    Owning new process introduces, process and equipment qualification.
    Managing tool preventative maintenance and troubleshooting activities. Working with defect reduction, integration, YA and QE to improve product quality and yield.
    Working with Transferring site to improve tool and process performance, reduce cost, and increase both capacity and flexibility in receiving Fab.
    Working on tool selection, facility design and installation at new technology start up and ramping.
    Working and leading manufacturing team to develop innovative solutions to improve execution and efficiency in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
    Qualification:
    Master/PhD degree of physics, material, chemistry, electrical, micro electrical, optics, mechanical and automation related engineering majors or equivalent majors.
    Graduating in 2017
    Proven ability in logical thinking, be able to communicate in technical effectively
    Strong verbal and written skills in English
    工作內(nèi)容:
    負責新工藝導入,新設備及工藝驗證。
    負責設備及工藝參數(shù)日常監(jiān)控,確保工藝及設備高品質(zhì)安全運行。
    管理設備日常維護及異常處置。與工藝集成工程師,品質(zhì)管理工程師,缺陷工程師及良率工程師共同努力,提升產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)及良率。
    與技術轉(zhuǎn)移方密切合作,不斷提高設備性能及工藝指標,降低成本,提升產(chǎn)能及其靈活性。
    負責新技術設備選型,規(guī)劃廠務需求,安裝新設備,提升產(chǎn)能。
    負責提升制造部技術員設備及工藝技能,為提升生產(chǎn)效率及執(zhí)行力提供創(chuàng)造性解決方案。
     求職條件:
    物理、材料、化學、電子、微電子、光學、機械及自動化等工程領域相關專業(yè)的碩士畢業(yè)生或博士畢業(yè)生;

    Yield/Integration Engineer/良率/制程整合工程師
    Description:
    Participate in technology development, transfer, and ramp activities to meet yield, Drive and prioritize integrated experiments to troubleshoot and optimize process flows;
    Own particular sections of process flow, and responsible for its optimization, cost reduction, and performance improvement goals;
    Maintain and drive process qualification matrix and deliverables;
    Working with Process Engineering to improve process stability and capability as well as reduce defects.
    Qualification:
    Master/PhD degree of Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Microelectronics, Physics, Material or equivalent majors.
    Graduating in 2017
    Strong understanding of structural and process integration
    Proven ability to communicate and present technical material effectively
    Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
    工作內(nèi)容:
