中國民生銀行總行“揚(yáng)帆”管理培訓(xùn)生計(jì)劃簡介
“揚(yáng)帆”管理培訓(xùn)生計(jì)劃是中國民生銀行總行立足于培養(yǎng)中高級(jí)管理人員或領(lǐng)域?qū)<业目傂袑m?xiàng)人才培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃。總行為管理培訓(xùn)生規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)性輪訓(xùn)計(jì)劃和職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展規(guī)劃,幫助管理培訓(xùn)生在實(shí)踐中積累和成長。
Step1:總行定部門見習(xí)(6個(gè)月)
根據(jù)管理培訓(xùn)生實(shí)習(xí)期表現(xiàn)、專業(yè)方向等特點(diǎn),待學(xué)生畢業(yè)后為學(xué)生定部門見習(xí),見習(xí)時(shí)部門配備專業(yè)導(dǎo)師,為學(xué)生進(jìn)行入職輔導(dǎo),并制定下一步輪訓(xùn)成長計(jì)劃。
Step2:總行人才培養(yǎng)基地輪崗(18個(gè)月)
安排管理培訓(xùn)生進(jìn)入總行人才培養(yǎng)基地(重點(diǎn)經(jīng)營機(jī)構(gòu))輪崗培訓(xùn),重點(diǎn)安排在零售金融、公司金融、運(yùn)營管理和管理培訓(xùn)生見習(xí)部門同業(yè)務(wù)條線崗位進(jìn)行分階段培養(yǎng)。
Step3:總行定崗專業(yè)培養(yǎng)
根據(jù)管理培訓(xùn)生見習(xí)期及輪崗期考核情況,在總行進(jìn)行下階段專業(yè)培養(yǎng);見習(xí)期及輪崗期表現(xiàn)突出管理培訓(xùn)生,可根據(jù)實(shí)習(xí)生特長及行內(nèi)需要申請轉(zhuǎn)入感興趣的部門工作,或有到海外機(jī)構(gòu)輪崗的機(jī)會(huì)。
China MinshengBank(HQ) “Full Sail” Management Trainee Project
China MinshengBank(HQ) is looking for candidates to join our “Full Sail” Management trainee project. Qualifications of the candidate are as follows:
Graduates from Global Top 50 University according to 2016-2017Times Higher Education World University Rankings.
Master’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics or other related fields is a must.
CPA,ACCA and CFA or other equivalent certifications will be an advantage.
Internship experience in financial institutes, accounting firms or other related enterprises will be an advantage.
Scholarship recipients and student organization leaders will be preferred.
Introduction of “Full Sail” project
The “Full Sail” management trainee project is a special talent development project that aims to foster back-up candidates for the bank’s leadership positions. The project is fully operated by the bank’s HQ and provides comprehensive rotation practice schemes and career path planning for all participants. A fast boost in banking experience can be expected.
Step 1: On-job Practice in HQ Department(6 months)
Upon graduation, the participant will be assigned to a HQ department based on his or her internship performance and academic background for 6 months of practice. A tutor will also be assigned to coach the participant during the period and help the participant decide his or her further development plan.
Step 2: Job Rotations at Talent Development Base(18 months)
The participant will join HQ Talent Development Base(in certain business unit) for further practice(18 months). In this stage the participant will practice in different field including retail banking, corporate finance, operation management and other business related to the participant previous positions.
Step 3: Becoming a Professional
The participant will return to HQ and enter the next stage of professional development after performance evaluation on previous practices. Excellent participants will have the opportunity to apply for a position in HQ department or in oversea branches to his or her best interest.
