2.contain v. 1．包含，內(nèi)裝2．等于，折合3．控制，抑制，遏制
not contain oneself 不能控制自己（不能控制自己有各種原因，可以悲傷得、興奮得、憤怒得不能控制，具體什么原因需由上下文決定）
a:marilyn seemed happy with her grades.
a:瑪麗蓮好像對她的成績很高興。
b:happy? she could hardly contain herself.
b:高興？她幾乎都控制不住自己了。

4.start v. 1．開始，著手2．動身3．驚奇，吃驚
start the thing going 促使…發(fā)生，引發(fā)(cause sth. to take place; inspire)

start with 以...開始(have... as the beginning)
