a halr's breadth非常之短距離
    【講解】
    hair本義為“頭發(fā)”，因?yàn)轭^發(fā)很細(xì)，所以它可以引申為“些微，一點(diǎn)兒”，而breadth指“寬 度，廣度”。所以短語a hair’s breadth指“一 發(fā)之差，極微小的距離”。類似的短語有:by a hair’s breadth (間不容發(fā)，險(xiǎn)些兒），to a hair’s breadth(精確地，絲毫不差）。
