一、公司簡介
陶氏化學(xué)公司在位于上海的中國亞太區(qū)研發(fā)運營部門將提供一個為期6個月的實習(xí)機會。亞太區(qū)研發(fā)運營部門為各個研發(fā)團隊提供綜合性支持和服務(wù)，以此來推動創(chuàng)新研究的有效性和高效性。該實習(xí)生將會與IT專業(yè)人士共同合作，為亞太地區(qū)的研發(fā)團隊升級APRE在線服務(wù)系統(tǒng)，改善目前設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng)(E-maintenance Online System)和文獻篩選工具的功能，從而提高了實驗室的管理效率和簡化創(chuàng)新研究的過程。具體職責(zé)范圍將包括：
設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫更新，功能升級。
將基于客戶端的文獻篩選工具轉(zhuǎn)換成基于web的應(yīng)用程序;
在線服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)站升級
二、招聘職位
在項目經(jīng)理設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)上進行應(yīng)用功能，組件，網(wǎng)頁的開發(fā)。
閱讀和理解現(xiàn)有源代碼(VB.net, C#, ASP.net和Javscript代碼)，調(diào)試和改進應(yīng)用性能。
撰寫開發(fā)文檔，以確保所有的開發(fā)工作的可追蹤性和可維護性。
及時與項目經(jīng)理溝通的項目進展和存在問題。
技能要求：
大學(xué)生或研究生
基于Web的軟件開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(ASP.net MVC / JS / Web服務(wù))，熟悉HTML、XML等網(wǎng)頁標記語言。
擁有信息管理系統(tǒng)解決方案(網(wǎng)站的內(nèi)容管理，網(wǎng)站工作流程，Web應(yīng)用等)的開發(fā)經(jīng)驗。
具有SQL開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(MS SQL Server的首選)。
熟悉的SharePoint操作，SharePoint工作流和WebPart開發(fā)。
熟悉Visual Basic和C#。
良好的口頭和書面溝通技巧，組織和文檔處理能力
擁有積極的態(tài)度，工作的熱情和持續(xù)改進的愿望。

IT Student Intern for Asia Pacific Research Effectiveness
Job Overview:
The Dow Chemical Company has a 6-month period Student Intern opportunity in our Asia Pacific Research Effectiveness function located in Shanghai, China.
Asia Pacific Research Effectiveness provides the integrated support & service to AP research groups to drive research effectiveness & efficiency.
The successful candidate will work in collaboration with IT professionals to upgrade APRE online services for the Asia Pacific R&D team. This project is to improve the functionalities of current Equipment Management System (E-maintenance Online System) and Literature Screen Tool so as to enhance the lab management efficiency and innovation research process. Specifically the project scope will involve:
Database update, function upgrade and web server control on Equipment Management System;
Transfer client based Literature Screen Tool to web based application;
Online service based website upgrade
Core Responsibilities:
Development of application functions, components, web pages designed by Project Manager;
Capabilities to read and understand source code, to debug and improve application performance;
Ensure all the development works are well documented and understood;
Communication of status, progress and issues to Project Manager.
Qualifications
University students or postgraduate students
Strong experience with web based software development (ASP.net MVC / JS / Web services)
Experience in the development of management information system solutions (content management websites, workflow process websites, web application, etc.)
Experience with markup (HTML, XML, etc.)
Experience with SQL (MS SQL Server preferred)
Familiar with SharePoint, SharePoint workflow and WebPart development
Familiar with Visual Basic and C#
Excellent communication, organization and documentation skills
Good verbal and written communication skills both in English and Chinese.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, motivation and a desire for continuous improvement.
Commitment for a 6-month internship period and a minimum of 3 days/week work in the Shanghai Dow Center.( in Zhangjiang)
