重陽節(jié)演講稿：弘揚(yáng)傳統(tǒng)美德,尊敬幫助老人
老師們，同學(xué)們，早上好：
金秋送爽，丹桂飄香。再過幾天，就是農(nóng)歷九月初九重陽節(jié)，我不由得想起了唐代詩人王維的詩句:“獨(dú)在異鄉(xiāng)為異客，每逢佳節(jié)倍思親。遙知兄弟登高處，遍插茱萸少一人?！?BR> 農(nóng)歷九月九日，是我國傳統(tǒng)的節(jié)日重陽節(jié)，是個(gè)值得慶賀的吉利日子。九九重陽，與“久久”同音，含有長久長壽之意，同時(shí)秋季也是收獲的黃金季節(jié)，所以人們對(duì)這個(gè)節(jié)日歷來有著特殊的感情，唐詩宋詞中有不少賀重陽、詠菊花的詩詞佳作。
今天的重陽節(jié)，又被賦予了新的含義。1989年，我國把每年農(nóng)歷九月九日定為老人節(jié)，傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代巧妙地結(jié)合，成為尊老、敬老、愛老、助老的老人節(jié)。在這個(gè)屬于老年人的節(jié)日即將來臨之際，我們祝愿所有的爺爺奶奶生活愉快、健康長壽!
尊老愛幼，自古以來就是中華民族的傳統(tǒng)美德，我們還有在重陽節(jié)祭祖的習(xí)俗。老一輩為了我們國家的強(qiáng)盛，為了下一代能過上富裕安康的生活，他們艱苦創(chuàng)業(yè)、辛勤勞動(dòng)了幾十年，創(chuàng)造了大量的物質(zhì)財(cái)富和精神財(cái)富，精心哺育和照料我們，使我們茁壯成長。如今他們老了，理應(yīng)受到全社會(huì)的尊敬和照顧。所以我們應(yīng)當(dāng)繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng)中華民族尊老敬老的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)。
尊老敬老絕不是重陽節(jié)一天的事，應(yīng)該是在日常生活中，幫助老人解決生活的困難，多給老人一些心理慰藉。因此，我提議，每一位共青團(tuán)員和青少年學(xué)生都要用實(shí)際行動(dòng)向老人們獻(xiàn)上我們的一份心意，為自己的爺爺奶奶或者鄰居老人做些力所能及的事，比如幫他們洗衣、洗碗、掃地、疊被，多為他們著想，少讓他們做那些本來應(yīng)該是我們自己做的事，把好吃讓給他們，把有趣的事告訴他們，對(duì)鄰居長輩有禮貌，外出禮讓老人。
愿所有老人都過上和我們一樣幸福的生活!

Therefore, I suggest that every one of the Communist Youth League and young students should use the practical action to the old people offer us a mind, do something for their grandparents or elderly neighbors, such as to help their laundry, washing dishes, sweeping, beds, much less for their sake, let them do those who are supposed to do our own thing, the delicious to them, tell them something interesting, polite to the elders out neighbors, comity elderly.
