「歌利亞，你不要笑，我是奉了神的名，來向你迎戰(zhàn)?！垢枥麃喯褚恢话l(fā)狂的野獸，向小大衛(wèi)沖過來。大衛(wèi)拉緊了彈弓，「咻」的一聲，石頭打中了歌利亞的額頭。所有的人都嚇呆了，小大衛(wèi)居然打敗了歌利亞。
以色列全國上下，都快樂地贊美神。因為大衛(wèi)精明能干，所以掃羅王封他作戰(zhàn)士長。幾年以后，掃羅王死了，大衛(wèi)就真的做了以色列的國王。

小猴要刷房子，動物們紛紛來給它出主意。
“刷白色的吧，純潔、大方。”白鴿說。
“好好?！毙『锘卮稹?BR> “刷棕色的吧，和你一樣的顏色，住在里面，不容易被敵人發(fā)現(xiàn)?！被鸷傉f。

“刷綠色的喲，綠色能保護眼睛?！丙W鵡說。

動物們給小猴說了十幾種顏色，小猴覺得每一種都很好，想來想去，怎么也拿不定主意。到了冬天，小猴還沒有刷好房子。對著十幾種顏色，小猴愁得吃不下飯，睡不著覺。
忽然，烏鴉飛來了，一進門就給小猴出了一個主意：“呱呱，小猴，你還是刷黑色的吧，夜晚不就是黑色的嗎？我們住在里面休息多好哇！”
小猴有個睡懶覺的習慣，烏鴉的主意很合小猴的心意。
“就刷黑色的吧，夜越長越好。這樣我就可以多多睡覺了。”小猴終于拿定了主意。
沒幾天功夫，小猴就把房子刷好了，房子里一片黑暗，走進去，像是走進了漆黑漆黑的夜晚。
小猴子住了進去，睡到今天還沒有醒。
