JD(TA):
1. Arrange workshops, events and collect informations for the whole team.
2. Do with the document flow, coordinate with HR department.
3. Take care of Boss’s Travel Arrangement, reimbursement through Concur, meeting arrangement and travel tasks.
4. Administrative work to support the whole team.
5. Responsibility of daily work, good attitude to full time internship.
Requirements:
Our team is full of warmness and harmoniousness, most colleagues are with scientific background, so easy to communicate and get along with. Boss is very nice and kind.
Requirements:
1. Major is not confined but fluency in English speaking and writing (business language; we have many foreigners in our floor, so English environment benefits a lot to all language learners.) (Must);it would be better if you can speak german
2. This job is not that challenging or complicated but needs conscientiousness and patience; in all, reliability counts more. Besides, if you are able to get inner business information, please keep all confidential.
3. Time：Minimum four days a week for at least six months to ensure the continuity of the work. (不能保證者勿投)You could ask for leave if urgent
4. Prefer大四出國/保研;研一或研二(2017年以后畢業(yè))少課的同學(xué)。
