RETAIL EXCELLENCE TRAINEE PROGRAMME
We are seeking to recruit dynamic and potential talent with leadership and entrepreneurial attributes for our Retail Excellence Trainee Programme. Accordingly, we are offering the perfect platform for you to enrich your career experience as a valuable member of LVMH Fashion Group China.
The Retail Excellence Trainee Programme aims to foster future retail professionals to sustain the aggressive business growth of LVMH Fashion Group China and win crucial competitions in the market. Trainees will rotate amongst different retail stores and have team orientations from Retail Operations, CRM & Marketing, Merchandising, Finance & Accounting, After Sales Services and Logistics etc. This structure will equip trainees to gain essential knowledge and experience about the operations of the whole company.
Career Growth
This programme provides candidates with on-the-job training with opportunities to participate in different projects with various initiatives. You will be developed into a retail specialist in key retail stores. Those with high potential will go through a Fast Track Programme over a 21-month period, and gain direct access and visibility to the top management team.
Working location
Retail Stores in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu
We are looking for:
• Strong PASSION for the business of luxury fashion retail
• A customer and detail-oriented focus
• Logical thinking and analytical skills
• Good team players, able to manage relationships & diverse types of people
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Fluent oral and written English and Mandarin proficiency
• A recognised undergraduate degree or above
• Previous internship in the areas of retail, luxury goods, fashion or customer service (preferred)

Proficient in English
