    R：(after announcing visitor to guest) Thank you. And could you please fill out this form before you go upstairs?
    接待員：(通知客人有人拜訪之后)謝謝。在上樓之前您填寫一下這張表格好嗎?
    V：Why?I've never had to fill in a form before!
    客人：為什么?我以前從來沒有填過。
    R：It's because it's after 8 pm
    接待員：因為已經(jīng)超過晚上8點了。
    V：This is a bit much,really
    客人：這真是太煩瑣了。
    R：I'm sorry,I understand. But I'm afraid we're required to do this by the Public Security Bureau. It's not a regulation of TIB;I hope you understand
    接待員：非常抱歉，我可以理解，可是公安局要求我們這樣做的。這不是國際大廈的規(guī)定，希望您能理解。
