二、招聘職位
質(zhì)量部門助理
Major Responsibilities:
Handling of administration work (travel arrangements, expenses booking, scheduling etc.).
Monitoring attentions report: storage, forwarding, monitoring and completeness checking of quality documents in data basis.
Preparation of statistic charts and trends based on deviation report.
Translations including both English to Chinese and Chinese to English.
Supporting for preparation of reports and presentations.
Supporting for job assignment and expenses checking.
Supporting for preparation and monitoring the internal and external training plan.
Other tasks assigned by line manager
3Education, Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor degree or above majored in English or Administration.
At least 3 years working experience in a relevant position.
Excellent English ability in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Familiar with Microsoft Office (excel/PPT/access/project scheduling etc.) and SAP system.
Proactive, open, loyal and ingenuous personality
Good team spirit and excellent communication skills.

采購實習生
注:需要2017年以后畢業(yè)的學生,2016應屆生請不要投遞簡歷。
需要每周工作至少3天以上。

1.1 Commit company procurement responsibilities to align with SMS group procurement guidelines and business needs.
負責公司采購戰(zhàn)略的執(zhí)行以確保采購戰(zhàn)略符合集團采購方針及公司業(yè)務需求
1.2 Coordinate with relevant departments to shoot trouble
協(xié)調(diào)相關部門解決實際工作中的問題
1.3 Follow the superior’ other work request完成采購經(jīng)理及公司領導交辦的其它事項
職責:
采購訂單的檔案管理、處理系統(tǒng)中的PR下訂單、訂單打印、訂單掃描至SAP
訂單的審批蓋章、制定月度報告
崗位要求:
本科
國際貿(mào)易及機械專業(yè)優(yōu)先
熟練的口語及英語書寫能力。
具有良好的團隊合作精神,人際溝通能力強,與不同部門及人員快速溝通與協(xié)作 能力
做事認真,具有較強的責任心和事業(yè)心
熟悉SAP,office等軟件優(yōu)先
