A :What is the tallest mountain on the earth?
A：地球上高的山峰是哪一座？
B:That's easy. Even little boys would say that the answer Mount Qomolangma which is on the border between Nepal and China. According to the latest figures, the height of Mount Qomolangma is 8848.43 meters.
B：這個(gè)很簡(jiǎn)單。連小孩子都知道答案，不就是位于中國(guó)與尼泊爾邊境之間的珠穆朗瑪峰嘛。根據(jù)新數(shù)據(jù)，珠峰的絕對(duì)高度是8848.43米。
A:Can you believe there is someplace/somewhere that is 304 meters taller than Mount Qomolangma?

B:Really? Is it on earth?

A:It is mainly under water.
A：它大部分在水下。
B:I got it. It must be at the bottom of Pacific Ocean. Its name is Mauna Loa which is an active volcano on south central Hawaii Island.
B：我知道了。它一定是在太平洋下。它的名字叫莫納羅亞山，是位于夏威夷島南部中心位置的活火山。
