例如：I managed to grab her hand...

拓展：grab someone or something away (from someone or something)從某人或某事手里搶走東西
例如： I grabbed away the meat from the dog.
我從狗的面前把肉搶走了。
grab someone's attention：吸引某人的注意
I jumped on the wall to grab the attention of the crowd.

3.can't help:忍不住
can't help something:不能控制做某事情。
