2.小數(shù)的讀法
“小數(shù)點(diǎn)”是point。在英語中，小數(shù)點(diǎn)前面的“零”時(shí)可省略不念，也可以念為zero， nought， o; 小數(shù)點(diǎn)之后的0則讀為o.
例如：0.006：point o o six.
3. 百分?jǐn)?shù)特殊讀法
不用percent而用out of，
例如：45.9%：forty five point nice out of a hundred.
0.2%： two tenths of a per cent
