Does this situation seem familiar to you? First of all, remember that you are not alone. Listening comprehension is probably the most difficult task for almost all learners of English as a foreign language. So, now you know you are not alone....! OK. The most important thing is to listen, and that means as often as possible. The next step is to find listening resources. What should you do?  當(dāng)你周期性地堅持聽一些材料時,你可能還會因不能完全聽懂而感到苦惱。  Here is some of the advice I give my students:  以下是我給我的學(xué)生們的一些建議:  •  Accept the fact that you are not going to understand everything.  •  Keep cool when you do not understand - even if you continue to not understand for a long time.  •  Do not translate into your native language .  •  Listen for the gist of the conversation. Don't concentrate on detail until you have understood the main ideas.  •  你要知道,你并不是為了完全聽懂(才去聽)。  •  當(dāng)遇到聽不懂的方—即便是很長一段都沒有聽懂,也不要?dú)怵H?! ?#8226;  不要邊聽邊在腦子里做翻譯?! ?#8226;  力求聽懂對話的大意,不必拘泥細(xì)節(jié)。當(dāng)然,在把握大意的基礎(chǔ)上,才可摳細(xì)節(jié)
