SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES主要職責
To proactively operate as business partner with the various functions, providing professional legal advices regarding all aspect of current business law and legislative change
作為業(yè)務(wù)伙伴主動擔負起各種職能，提供關(guān)于目前所有商業(yè)法律及立法變化的專業(yè)法律意見 To be responsible for preparing and reviewing contracts and other legal documents to meet the business requirements and minimize the potential legal risks
負責準備及審查符合商業(yè)要求的合同及其他法律文件并將潛在法律風險降至最低
REQUIREMENTS崗位要求
Education:
Bachelor degree in PRC law or above
PRC法律專業(yè)學士或以上學位
Experience & knowledge:
Fresh Graduate or 1 year experience in reputable law firm or multi-national company;
experiences on pharmaceutical industry is preferred
應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生或者 律師事務(wù)所或跨國公司一年工作經(jīng)驗;具有醫(yī)藥企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
Core competencies:
· PRC Bar Qualification is a plus
具有PRC律師資格者優(yōu)先 · Good understanding of PRC law, sound business acumen and commercial awareness and practically-oriented
深入了解PRC法律、具有優(yōu)秀的商業(yè)敏銳力、商業(yè)意識及實踐能力 · Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (written & verbal)
具備優(yōu)異的中、英雙語溝通能力(書寫及口語能力)
· Computer literacy, familiar with all Microsoft applications
具備計算機知識，能熟練操作所有微軟應(yīng)用軟件
· Self-motivated, hard-working, detail-minded, team player and ability to work independently under pressure with minimum supervision
能夠自我激勵，工作刻苦，注重細節(jié)，具備團隊合作精神，能夠在壓力下自動獨立完成工作
